The raw material for the concentrate is not cake or meal, but the kernel of peeled seeds without husks or debris. The absence of anti-nutrients and GMOs in the concentrate is a significant advantage compared to soybean meal. Sunflower concentrate is characterised by a high content of available protein with all amino acids retained in their native form; the digestibility of protein in broilers is 86.04% and in pigs 95.72%, according to research by BANGKOK ANIMAL RESEARCH CENTER CO., LTD. High protein digestibility allows the product to be used in feeding young animals and birds from the first days of life. The first stage of laboratory testing of sunflower concentrate was to determine the chemical composition of the product. To this end, in the period from 2012 to 2021, the chemical composition of more than 700 samples of sunflower concentrate was studied in various international and Ukrainian research laboratories, such as BLGG Agroxpertus, ARGO KOM LLC, Evonik Industries AG in Ukraine
