Sanatigh This macroporous, breathable, dehumidifying, fibre-reinforced plaster, with a base of natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, is for the dehumidification and hygrometric restoration of buildings and masonry, in works on green buildings, for new constructions and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings. Sanatigh is a product consisting of hydraulic lime, botticino, kaolin, very fine calcium, expanded lightweight aggregates of volcanic origin, fiber-reinforced with special glass microfibres and fibers Readymesh PM 060. It has high hygroscopicity and breathability, contains no cements, resins, solvents and radioemissive substances. It has strong dehumidifying capacities and, thanks to the total absence of cement, is perfectly compatible with all types of masonry and especially with the historical walls and in all the interventions designed according to the canons of green building. Breathable dehumidifying plastering for wall bodies. Removal of crumbling plaster, if present, up to a maximum height of about 1 metre, with respect to the line of persistent humidity; wall bodies of application must in any case be clean, intact, dust-free, fouling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition of "saturated with dry surface". In the presence of salt efflorescence it will be necessary to ensure it is carefully removed by applying packs of the specific detergent and saline converter Deterg-A, in solution with water of 1:4. To prevent any new spills of salts, use specific universal anti-saline treatments in aqueous solution, Sanareg, for humid surfaces, or solvent-based, FEST SALZ, for cohesive saline concretions but with perfectly dry surfaces. PREPARATION OF THE WALL SURFACE • Remove all inconsistent, friable and rotten material, and grouting from joints, paying utmost attention where they are particularly friable or inconsistent (see also the paragraph on PREPARING SUPPORTS). • In case of strong salt concentrations, read the paragraph on PREPARING SUPPORTS. ROUGH COAT The sprayed rough coat must create a rough, corrugated surface to facilitate the adhesion of the following plaster, which must be applied promptly; within 1 - 2 days from the application of the rough coat. This adhesion spray must be applied with a low thickness (of a few millimetres) using a plastic-fluid consistency, and can be applied with the same Sanatigh product mixed with about 20% water. In case of particularly deteriorated masonry, it is recommended to use a specific Untersana product to make the rough coat. PLASTER The following application of Sanatigh must be made before the complete hardening of the rough coat (within 24-48 hours if the rough coat is made with Sanatigh, and 12-24 hours if made with Untersana). Put about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, and then gradually add Sanatigh and the remaining water, continuing to mix into a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency for trowel or plastering machine application. Indicatively, the necessary mixing water is 16-18% by weight (i.e. 4 - 4.5 litres per 25 kg bag). Application can be performed by manual (trowel, plastering trowel) or mechanical spray methods. In case of application with a plastering machine, in order to allow adequate and homogeneous product mixing, it is recommended to not use machines with a continuous cycle, and to adjust nozzle, air and spray power in order to softly and lightly apply the product without excessive compaction. SKIMMING Levelling of plastered surfaces with Sanastof: green-construction fine, highly breathable mortar, natural hydraulic lime based with special, light, spherical micro-aggregates and high strength microfiber Readymesh PM 060. Protect surfaces from fresh direct exposure to sunlight, from the rain and wind. Cure the prolonged moist hardening. For thicknesses in excess of the 2 cm, and to improve the anti-cracking potential, provide for inserting a suitable reinforcement plaster-holding mesh: ARMAGLASS 140 o, recommended, a galvanized steel wire mesh with 2mm diameter, mesh 5x5 cm. Approximately 13 kg/m² of Sanatigh for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (minimum thickness 2 cm = 26 kg/m²). Bag 25 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 25 kg)

Sanastof Bianco Premixed mineral composition based on natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, microsilic with pozzolanic activity, selected aggregates, high tenacity microfibers, light heat-insulating aggregates with low modulus of elasticity. It is used for smoothing and smoothing, both indoors and outdoors. It is perfectly compatible with multiple substrates: lime-based plasters, lime-cement, cement mortars, concretes, porous stone, bricks. Its characteristics make it particularly suitable for green building works and for the restoration of period and monumental buildings. The maximum grain size of the aggregate is 0.9 mm. Sanastof Bianco is a product based on natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, kaolin, marble dust, selected siliceous aggregates and light aggregates with a low modulus of elasticity, dimensionally stable. It is a natural product with high intrinsic breathability, without any trace of resins, solvents, diluents and radio-emissive aggregates. The product contains high tenacity microfibers which give great volumetric stability. The special rounded hollow aggregates, dimensionally stable, bring special qualities of thermal insulation, filtering of potentially harmful soluble salts and reduction of the elastic modulus to the shaving. The granulometric curve, the fineness of the binders and some rheological additives of natural origin, make the product particularly smooth during the drafting phase, even when laid on supports with rough or difficult surfaces. The calibrated physical-mechanical characteristics guarantee perfect compatibility on different types of substrates, especially on traditional plasters and mortars. The microsilic content with pozzolanic activity makes smoothing and smoothing performed with Sanastof Bianco highly durable, even in aggressive exposure environments. Quick and easy application on various substrates, such as: transpiring smoothing of wall casings; smoothing on modular wood fiber or calcium silicate coats; regularization of plastered surfaces; leveling of concrete surfaces; regularization and smoothing of repairs carried out with cement mortars; application to mainly thin thicknesses (from 1 to 4 mm) with simultaneous leveling of recesses, imperfections etc. In particularly severe operating conditions it is advisable to interpose, between the first and second coat, the alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh Armaglass 160 (the mesh must be partially drowned on the first still fresh coat of Sanastof Bianco). The breathability, combined with the other physico-chemical characteristics of the product, make the smoothing made with Sanastof an ideal support to accommodate any kind of paint and in particular mineral paints based on potassium silicate or slaked lime. Sanastof is the transpiring smoothing, with a low modulus of elasticity, recommended in all our dehumidifying systems made with the products: Sanatigh, Caleosana, Sanawarme, Unisan, Intosana. The application surfaces must be clean, free from dirt, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, etc. Smooth substrates must be roughened (roughness> = 1mm). In the event that the support, after cleaning and roughening, is still dusty and crumbly, remove the totally incoherent parts dry with a spatula-brush, or assisting the removal operation with hydro-washing, then consolidate the support by impregnation with aqueous emulsion Protech Fix AC applied in two abundant coats, the second coat immediately before applying Sanastof Bianco with the "fresh on fresh" technique (the consumption of Protech Fix AC for this priming operation is between 120 and 250 gr / m2). Adequately wet the substrate with water before application, anticipating and repeating this operation several times in the case of very porous and absorbent substrates or in hot and arid climates. Approximately 1,3 kg/m² of Sanastof Bianco for each millimetre of thickness to be implemented (on average 3 - 3,5 kg per square metre). Bag 25 kg

Sanareg Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Sanareg penetrates into the capillary pores of mineral substrates and reacts with the hydroxyl groups encountered in its path, forming an invisible water-repellent barrier that does not allow water to escape to the surface, leaving the transpiration to water vapor unaltered. Sanareg is an alkylsilane water emulsion, non-hazardous, non-toxic and VOC-free. The application of Sanareg does not alter the original wall breathability. Particularly indicated in combination with the cycle of natural dehumidifying plasters Untersana, Sanatigh and Sanastof. This also applies to Untersana, Caleosana and Sanastof. Sanafarbe I Natural, protective, decorative, breathable, pigmented, non-toxic putty coat, naturally mildewcide, based on hardened lime putty and botticino marble dust, for indoors and outdoors. Formulation prepared according to the traditional recipes, for use in ecological building interventions and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. Product based on lime putty and natural pigments. SANAFARBE putty coat has a high breathability, a remarkable mildewcide and antibacterial capacity. It has no solvents, thinners, harmful substances in general. Embodiment of putty coat finishing, protective and decorative, internal and external masonry building, in ecological building interventions and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. The application supports will be free from fouling, powder, non-adhering parts, etc.; existing paints (washable, organic, solvent based etc.) must be removed. Spread Sanafarbe I, into two coats: the first, by simple deposition, with steel trowel, the second for laying and finishing, with sponge float. The application of the second coat must be carried out, when the first coat starts to dry, in one of two conditions suggested: with dry trowel, for smooth surfaces, with moistened trowel, for antique-effect surfaces. SANAFARBE-I is dry to the touch after 4 hours, it can be overcoated after 2-5 hours, while it will be dry in-depth after 16-32 hours. Indicative consumption depending on the different particle sizes of Sanafarbe I available: 1 mm GRAIN: approximately 1.6 -1.8 kg/m²; 1.2 mm GRAIN: approximately 1.8 -2.0 kg/m²; 2 mm GRAIN: approximately 2.4 -2.8 kg/m²; 2.2 mm GRAIN: approximately 2.6 -3.0 kg/m². The indicated yields refer to smooth supports and are for guidance only. Actual consumption must be identified with a suitable practical test. Pail 5 kg - Pail 25 kg

Untersana With the addition of mixing water only, this single-component premix creates a breathable, dehumidifying rough coating, preparatory to the application of restorative, dehumidifying, thermal-insulating and anti-condensation plasters, specifically Intosana, Sanatigh, Sanawarme and Caleosana, being plasters designed specifically for the healthiness of new buildings, existing buildings, works on green buildings and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings. Untersana is composed of hydraulic lime, botticino, kaolin, calcium caseinate, Vichy salt, tartaric acid and natural fibres. Does not contain cements, resins, solvents, thinners and radioemissive aggregates. Anchoring scratch coat (applied by "spraying" or "splashing") for the formation of an adhesive bridge for easy grip of subsequent plasters, dehumidifying, breathable, based on hydraulic lime. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Untersana and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixing water should be about 22-25% of the weight of the bag. After mixing is completed wait a few minutes before applying. "Spray" the product, with plastic fluid consistency, on the application supports, with plastering trowel and brick trowel or with plastering pump. Protect fresh surfaces from direct exposure to sunlight, from the rain and wind, cure the prolonged moist hardening. From 4 to 6 kg of Untersana per square metre of surface to be rendered. Unisan A composite mortar that is fibre-reinforced, consolidating, dehumidifying, grey in colour and utilised for the structural restoration of crumbling old or monumental masonry. It contains no substances that are potentially harmful to masonry and is composed of NHL 3.5 natural hydraulic lime and hydraulic binders free from soluble salts, along with silicas with pozzolanic activity, selected siliceous-calcareous aggregates, specific shrinkage-reducing agents and resistant alkaline READYMESH fibres that confer high flex-traction whilst increasing the performance of the mortar’s fracture energy. In conjunction with ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA fibreglass mesh, it is ideal for the structural restoration of old walls or crumbling constructions. Construction of plasters and reinforced slabs in interventions of restoration, construction of plaster and dehumidifying coatings with high performance, bedding of bricks and modular elements. The surfaces should be clean and free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition of "saturated dry surface". In the case of structural reinforcing slabs, you will need to proceed with applying an appropriate reinforcing electrowelded mesh, to be fixed with PROFIX, Grout Micro-J, Repar Tix G2 or Syntech IC 55. Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Unisan and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixing water should be about 12-14% of the weight of the bag. After mixing is completed wait a few minutes before applying. Apply the product by plastering trowel and brick trowel, or preferably with plastering machine (type PFT model G4). Do not apply in case of direct exposure to sunlight or excessive ventilation. Cure the protection and the prolonged moist hardening, of exposed surfaces. Approximately 15 kg/m² of Unisan for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1500 kg per cubic metre). Bag 25 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 25 kg)

Mineral-based, active formulation, high natural anti-mildew and anti-condensation capacity, prepared according to the traditional recipes, for use in ecological building interventions and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. Product based on lime putty and natural pigments. Sanadek has high breathability, it has remarkable mildewcide and antibacterial properties. It has no solvents, thinners, harmful substances in general. Decorative and interior renovation paint. The application supports will be free from fouling, powder, non-adhering parts, etc.; existing paints (washable, organic, solvent based etc.) must be removed. A preliminary fixative treatment of the surfaces is always advisable with a consolidating, transparent, Sanaxil Fix primer, based on potassium silicate. The application of Sanaxil Fix can be done by brush, roller or spray: the number of hands required and the dilution ratio with the most suitable water must be determined according to the conditions and absorption degradation of the supports. The admissible dilution range provides for water addition up to a maximum of 1:1 ratio. Apply by brush, roller, spray, in two coats, spaced-apart, one from the other, by about 24 hours. Calcesana Nocciola Natural hydraulic lime, hazel-coloured, obtained through firing, in a vertical oven in refractory stone and bricks, at temperatures of 1100°C, of constant quality select marly limestones, specific for mortars, plasters and substrate screeds in ecological building works and in interventions of historical and monument restoration. Calcesana Nocciola is the result of a firing process which, due to the inherent properties of the furnace, and to stringent controls, takes place at temperatures of 1100°C. Calcesana Nocciola is reduced to a very fine powder with traditional grinding processes unchanged over time. Calcesana Nocciola confers remarkable breathability properties to mortars and plasters, as well as outstanding characteristics of resistance to chloride penetration and corrosion from sulphate waters, even with high values of free carbon dioxide. Calcesana Nocciola is characterised by low soluble salt content, by the total absence of cement and chemical additives, and by its high inhibiting power against bacteria and biodeteriogenic settlements (moulds etc.). Calcesana Nocciola is used in the preparation of mortars for masonry and internal and external plasters on site. Extend mixing times for at least 5'. Apply on supports saturated with water, with dry surface. Do not add chemical additives without consulting our Technical Service first. Cure the convenient and prolonged moist hardening of fresh mortars and plasters. Protect the fresh mortars and plasters from direct exposure to the sun and ventilation. From 250 to 450 kg of Calcesana Nocciola for each cubic meter of dough to be made. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Grout Fill An anti-shrinkage, pourable, self-levelling, super-adhesive micro-mortar, based on high-strength cements, super-pozzolanic fillers, polymeric stabilisers and anti-shrinkage agents. Aggregates with a maximum size of 0.35 mm. Ideal for filling joints (gaps and/or interstices) in urban paving made of porphyry or stone slabs, even of large dimensions. For filling cracks and lesions on concrete and masonry structures. Grout Fill achieves fluid and hyperfluid workability even with very low water / cement ratios (<0.4), thus resulting perfectly homogeneous, pourable, self-leveling and without water exudation phenomena. The very fine granulometry of the aggregates allows the perfect filling of spaces and particularly narrow discontinuities (<0.5 cm). The capillary absorption of the applied micro-mortar is very low, allowing great resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and washout. Grout Fill achieves extremely high mechanical performance and is rich in microsilicates with pozzolanic activity and special additives that make it extremely durable even if positioned in particularly aggressive environments (due to contamination by chlorides, sulphates, marine atmospheres, fuels and automotive oils). Filling the joints (vanishing points) in urban floorings in porphyry, stone slabs etc., in new installations and in the reinforcement of existing installations. Anchorages and rigid seals in general. Remove the soilings, the crumbling and non-adhering parts and saturate beforehand with water. Pour about 2/3 of the required mixture water in the mixer (about 3.5 -4 litres total per bag); gradually add the product and the water still required to get the desired consistency.
