Depuis début 2018, nous proposons des réparations de remise à neuf ainsi que des pièces de rechange et détachées pour les boîtiers de commande portatifs robotiques issus des gammes de produits IRC5, IRC5P, S4, S4+, S4C+, S4P ainsi que S4P+ du fabricant ABB. Pendant le processus de réparation, nous veillons, outre les pièces d'origine du fabricant, à monter des composants améliorés par rapport à ce dernier.
Outre l'utilisation des pièces autorisées par le fabricant ou le législateur, nous testons les appareils de commande manuel ABB remis à neuf avec des robots IRB originaux ABB dans des conditions qui correspondent à votre environnement de travail réel. Nous pouvons ainsi vous proposer ici une garantie de 24 mois* sur les boîtiers de commande portatif complet ABB.
Die Start & Stop Autobatterien vom Typ EFB eignen sich für kleine und mittelgroße Autos und stellen die Weiterentwicklung der klassischen Nassbatterien dar. EFB-Batterien haben einen reduzierten Innenwiderstand und garantieren die doppelte Anzahl an Entladezyklen im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Batterie. Diese Batterien sind geeignet: für Fahrzeuge mit Start-Stopp-System; Fahrzeuge ohne Start-Stopp-System, die aber im Stadtverkehr verkehren; Fahrzeuge ohne Start-Stop aber super ausgestattet. Wenn eine EFB-Batterie werkseitig in eine Maschine eingebaut wurde, kann diese durch eine andere EFB-Batterie ersetzt werden, aber wenn eine leistungsstärkere Batterie gewünscht wird, kann auch eine AGM-Batterie eingebaut werden.

Fire dampers EI 60 are designed to be installed in false ceilings for self-contained fire protection, one of the requirements being "combustible load only on the room side" and the fire resistance class being EI 60.
They provide effective protection against the progression of fire from the room into the false ceiling area. The integrated aluminium frame is equipped with a fire stop.
The cover of the inspection hatch is fitted with a DF fire protection plate and protected against smoke entry by a versatile all-round seal. The cover is secured on both sides by automatic safety hooking arms.
Wire transducers series WPS are composed by the draw-wire mechanics coupled to Elap multiturn absolute high-resolution encoder MEM-BUS or MEM. They can provide different communication protocols – EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, Profibus, CANopen or SSI output signal.
The encoder grants high resolutions values (28 or 29 bit) and two availble strokes: 2300 or 5000 mm.
The housing is out of glass fiber reinforced nylon, whilst the wire consists of coated poliamide stainless steel.

Car batteries strater & stop EFB
EFB batteries are suitable for small and medium-sized cars and represent the improvement of the classic flooded batteries. EFB batteries have a reduced internal resistance and guarantee twice the number of discharge cycles compared to a traditional battery.
These batteries are suitable for cars equipped with start-stop systems, vehicles without start-stop system but driving in city traffic, cars without start-stop but super equipped.
If an EFB battery is factory-installed in a car, it can be replaced with another EFB battery, but if a more powerful battery is desired, an AGM battery can also be installed.
Batteries capacity: 68ah; 70ah; 80ah.

The cover of the inspection hatch is fitted with a DF fire protection plate and protected against smoke entry by a versatile all-round seal. The cover is secured on both sides by automatic safety hooking arms. The safety catching arms ensure that the lid is intercepted every time the hatch is opened. The lid is easy to remove and replace.
