Rclosing Efficient is a flexible high-barrier laminate with properties that permit re-closure. It is used as a lid for trays principally made from our APET EFFICIENT material. The laminate is characterised by being more sustainable than others as it is thinner and contains no chlorine products. In a triple complex it is available from 75 microns. Rclosing Efficient ensures the lid falls smoothly and firmly onto the tray so that the packet is re-closed and the preservation time increases during the established consumption period. As with previous openings, it ensures the re-closure is uniform. It can be made with transparent, white and metallic complexes.

La estación tiene por misión: Paletizar mandriles por paquetes de 14 o 18 mandriles. Colocar un separador de cartón entre pisos del palé. Hacer transitar los palés desde la estación de carga hasta la de descarga pasando por la de paletizado. Estocar los separadores de cartón para dar autonomía a los operarios y permitir una carga cada pocas veces al turno. Sacar los mandriles de la estación que los confecciona.

La plataforma elevadora tiene la finalidad de que el operario o el personal que la utilice pueda acceder a alturas superiores de forma segura y así poder realizar operaciones de mantenimiento o montaje.

La función de la máquina es acumular los pales tal y como están siendo fabricado por una máquina de inyección. La máquina de inyección tiene un manipulador cartesiano que deja caer los palés sobre la plataforma (B) en una posición constante en altura. La altura de la plataforma (B) se establece cada vez que se apila un nuevo palé, de modo que cuando se deja caer el siguiente, quede encima del que se colocó anteriormente. Luego, toda la pila de palés se lleva a la plataforma (C) para que un operador las recupere. Una nuevo palé entra en la plataforma (B) desde la plataforma (A) y la plataforma (B) se eleva nuevamente para recibir nuevos palés.
