BIEGLO offers finished or semi-finished parts directly formed from polyimide powder with all the attributes of sintered PI. The advantage of direct formed parts are the lower costs as quantitiy is increasing. Due to almost zero percent waste during production it can be a more economic production method. Machined parts are widely used for small series high precision applications. Polyimide direct formed parts can be used in different applications: Automotive industry: racing engine fuel line. Jet engine: vane bushing or lock nut insert. Industrial machinery: hotrunner systems nozzles or plasma cutting torch as gas distributers or sealing components. Semicon HDPCVD Equipment: e.g. heater coil spacer. Life sciences: rotor seal or pneumatic surgical tool vane.

BIEGLO offers polyimide powders for various processes. The Dexnyl PI powder is available in two different particle sizes. Our Dexnyl PI Powder 100P_19 suitable for compounding and compression molding application and our Dexnyl PI Powder 260_19 is suitable for producing compression molded and direct formed parts. The range of products that can be produced from our polyimide (PI) is only limited by the processing machines. Polyimide powder can be processed by hot compression molding, direct forming, iso-static compression molding or it can be compounded with other materials as an additive. Polyimide powder is often compounded with PTFE to increase certain properties of the PTFE.

The Dexnyl PEEK semi-finished products of BIEGLO offer a temperature resistance up to 240 °C, as well as resistance to radiation and chemical substances. We offer wide range of PEEK Semi finished products e.g. rods, tubes, sheets, filaments, films and more. In addition to natural PEEK, BIEGLO can also offer PEEK compounds, such as reinforced PEEK with carbon fibers, glass fibers or PTFE and tribological compounds with a mix of PTFE, carbon fibers and graphite. PEEK has several applications in the aerospace, automotive, medical, food, oil and gas industries. New applications of PEEK are constantly developed, as more and more processors value its characteristics for their individual products.

ACUMER 2000 polymer is a general purpose scale inhibitor as it is effective to inhibit precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium oxalate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and other.

ACUMER 1000 polymer is a general purpose scale inhibitor as it is effective to inhibit precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium oxalate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and other. ACUMER 1000 is a low molecular weight polyacrylate with a selected molecular weight around 2000 to optimize the anti-scale performance through at least three mechanisms: - Solubility enhancement by threshold effect, which reduces precipitation of low solubility inorganic salts (calcium carbonate in particular). - Crystal modification, which deforms the growing inorganic salt crystal to give small, irregular, readily fractured crystals that do not adhere well to surfaces and can be easily removed during cleaning operations. -Dispersing activity, which prevents precipitated crystals or other inorganic particles from agglomerating and depositing on surfaces. BIEGLO offers injection molded or machined PEEK screws that can perfectly replace metal screws. Our PEEK screws are applied to imrove the chemical resistance without loosing too much of the mechanical strength. BIEGLO offers PAI rods from different PAI types, Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF), where each type is best suitable for a specific application. The unique performance of polyamide-imide (PAI) is the result of being transformed from a thermoplastic to a cross-linked thermoset during an extended curing process. Our PAI is processed by experienced engineers and offeres the best possible values a PAI product can have and it is suitable for many applications as gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures.

BIEGLO is the official distributor of Saint Gobain Performance Plastics for the Meldin 7000, Polyimide rod. In line with different requirements of the Industrial market, the Meldin product family can provide high temperature resistance, wide chemical resistance, good mechanical properties also at elevated temperatures and low wear, long lifetime. Polyimide rod can be used in temperatures up to 350°C continuously and it has various applications in the automotive, aerospace and electronic industries. Polyimide rods have a standard length of 965mm. The diameters of the solid bars are distributed from 6.3mm to 82.5mm.
