Mini Preset Cam-Over Torque Screwdrivers
The small, ergonomic handle design perfectly fits the operator's hand and reduces fatigue during those extended assembly operations. The tool's compact size makes it versatile for applications with limited space access.
Preset torque screwdrivers improve productivity by consistently applying the correct torque value to each fastener. They are ideal for fastening applications where operators repeatedly assemble parts at the same torque setting. A preset screwdriver doesn't have an external torque adjustment scale. These tools have an internal torque adjustment mechanism for setting the torque value and preset using a hex key and a torque analyzer.
The locking mechanism prevents accidental torque setting changes. Designed for industries where production errors aren't acceptable, poka-yoke torque screwdrivers prevent over-torque events. Quality-minded engineers can give Mountz FG tools to any operator and have the confidence that they [...
The NEW electrically-safe, insulated WrenchStar Multi-e digital torque wrench has been developed for ‘live’ electric vehicle and electric battery assembly environments and to meet the ever-growing global demand for insulated tooling.
The insulated wrench complies with the IEC 60900:2018* standard, applicable to insulated hand tools used for working with or close to live parts. The wrench is also finished with insulated components giving added protection for the user in high voltage applications and security against product failure due to electrical damage.
Also incorporated in the WrenchStar Multi-e is an inductive battery charging system, making the process of charging the torque wrench easier by simply placing the wrench in the new charging cradle. The inductive system removes external charging contacts and complies to WPC/Qi standards providing further peace of mind.

The Yokota YZ-T cordless impulse wrench is detecting the amplitude of the tightening force from motor loaded condition. Based on the programmed values, the YZ-T wrench makes self-shut-off intelligently. As a result, the YZ-T achieves highest torque accuracy and safety against misconnections.
An integrated status LED is visible virtually all around. The YZ-T series provides a rugged impact-resistant housing. Its pulse cell works without a mechanical shut-off mechanism and is easy to maintain. The optimized design allows extended maintenance intervals. The grip fits well in the hand and the tool is perfectly balanced.
Intelligent Shut-Off.
The combination of the adjustment of the pressure relief valve and the speed setting of the motor allows an optimal adaptation to the respective bolt joint to be connected.
Thus the electronically controlled shut-off effects precisely and stable according to the entered parameters for smallest torque tolerances.

Torque Readout with built-in Transducer.
The basic, easy-to-use readouts include a built-in torque transducer and has a variety of measurement modes including track, peak, pulse and click. The ReadStar TT can be used as a portable device or fixed permanently using the mounting bars.
The new and improved torque tester incorporates a bigger and clearer OLED screen display to view readings and results and the redesigned, easy to use keypad offers a familiar feel with simple function keys to effortlessly switch between modes and settings.
The new internal memory now allows for a massive 999 readings to be stored and the addition of a new micro USB port allows for a wider range of connections for printing and exporting data. The new port also allows for additional power options.
The ReadStar TT is supplied with a built-in transducer and a standard rundown adapter, and is available in 0.5Nm, 1Nm, 4Nm, 12Nm and 30Nm ranges. A premium joint kit is also available, sold seperately.
Adjustable Torque Screwdriver with Digital Scale.
The Mountz FGA adjustable cam-over torque screwdriver is an error-proofing tool that allows engineers to reduce the risk of over-torque on their assembly lines in production environments with critical fasteners often found in electronics, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing. Torque range suitable for micro, low, and medium torque applications.
Using a clutch mechanism, cam-over tools prevent the operator from applying too much torque to the fastener - preventing over-torque events, broken components, costly product returns, and safety risks.
Cam-over technology reduces the possibility of operator error in both fastening directions, which ensures correct torque is applied and prevents fastener breakage. Providing the operator with an adjustable tool provides flexibility where torque values may need to be adjusted on demand, like maintenance, field service, and research applications.
Torque Range FGA-8 :18 - 90 cNm
Torque Range FGA-20 :22 - 226 cNm
Torque Range FGA-40 :45 - 450 cNm
Torque Range FGA-80 :90 - 900 cNm
Preset Break-Over Torque Wrench w Fixed Head (selectable)
The Mountz TB is a small torque wrench ideal for applications with limited space. TB wrenches are designed to have one permanently attached head style. Torque range suitable for micro, low, and medium torque applications. The flexible preset wrench can adapt to different fastening applications as it is compatible with varying head options like an open end, box end, flare end, hex key end, or a ratchet head.
Preset wrenches are ideal for fastening applications where operators repeatedly assemble parts at the same torque setting and ensure that the correct torque value is consistently applied to each fastener by reducing the risk of setting tampering by operators.
The TB wrench breaks over once it achieves its preset torque setting, signaling the operator to stop applying torque to the fastener or bolt. The wrench improves the fastening process by reducing either over or under-tightening risk.

Adjustable Clicker Wrench with Rectangular Insert and Metal Handle.
Robust clicker wrench for tightening various types of bolts on production lines or in service applications. For use with interchangeable heads with rectangular ('DIN') connector.
Torque adjustment is easily adjusted by rotary knob and scale. A distinct 'click' sound signals the completion of tightening upon reaching the set torque.
Key Features:
Repeatability according to DIN EN ISO 6789 type II class A
For interchangeable attachments with elongated corner mount ('DIN')
Torque adjustment by means of rotary knob and scale
Robust knurled metal handle
The performance of an assembly tool is highly dependent on the conditions of the actual production joint on which it is used, which is where joint kits come in. Joint kits are an essential accessory for accurate off-line testing of powered assembly tools.
Tooling engineers are well aware of the "mean shift" term used to describe the different torque delivered by the same tool when applied to a soft or a hard joint as defined by ISO 5393. It is therefore essential in testing and setting up tools off the production line to allow for the joint conditions which the tool will experience on the job.
Crane's joint kits satisfy this requirement by using a bolt and suitably configured disc washers allowing free running of the bolt and a subsequent torque gradient to closely match the production joint condition.

The Mountz FGC cam-over wrench is a reliable and durable error-proofing tool that allows engineers to reduce the risk of over-torque on their assembly lines in sensitive production environments. Engineered and assembled in Silicon Valley, Mountz FGC precision preset cam-over wrenches are the most advanced torque-limiting wrenches for high-level process and quality control.
The preset wrench ensures that the correct torque value is applied consistently to each fastener without the risk of operator adjustment. Click wrenches are not 100 % process safe and are often susceptible to over-torque results due to operator influence. A click wrench does not physically prevent an operator from applying additional force and which leads to inaccuracy.
Using a clutch mechanism, cam-over tools prevent the operator from applying too much torque to the fastener – preventing over-torque events, broken components, costly product returns, and safety risks.
