Oxygen Cutting is the most widely used industrial thermal cutting process. After the metal material is heated to the ignition temperature with high heat obtained by burning in oxygen, the heated part is cut with pure oxygen gas jet. As Ramazan Aycan Inc., we can perform oxygen cutting from 35 mm to 150 mm with our new generation CNC oxygen cutting machines.

INJECTION WELDED - KIT FITTINGS

Kaynak pozisyonerleri standart büyüklükte,250 kg dan 30000 kg a kadar yükler için mevcuttur. Pozisyonerlerin yapısı tablanın dönme ve öne-geri eğilmesi için en uygun konfigürasyona göre tasarlanmıştır. Pozisyonerler gövde, Motor, tabla döndürme ve eğme sistemleri, elektrik pano ve uzaktan operatör kontrol ünitesinden oluşmakta ve yapısal en iyi korumaya sahiptir. Ağır iş parçaları için pozisyonerler zemine sabitlenirler. Tablada isteğe göre veya standart olarak T-slotlar mevcuttur ki iş parçasını hızlı sıkma sına imlan verir. Tabla döndürme ve öne-geri eğilme çelik düz dişli aktarma sistemleriyle yapılmışlardır. Tabla dönüş hızı, operatörün çok kolay bir şekilde ayarlayabileceği 5m kabloya sahip uzaktan kumanda sisteminden yapılmaktadır. Opsiyonel olarak tüm modellerde PLC uygulanabilir.

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), commonly known as MIG welding, is a welding process where an electric arc forms between a consumable electrode and the workpiece, generating the necessary heat for welding. The electrode, continuously fed as a solid wire, melts and forms the weld metal as it is consumed. The welding area is protected from atmospheric contamination by shielding gases or gas mixtures from the welding torch, ensuring high-quality welds by preventing defects caused by even minimal air exposure.

PPRC PIPES Plastherm PPRC pipes and fittings are produced from Polypropylene Random Copolymer raw material, produced for hot and cold water installation applications. PPRC pipes do not change the taste, odor and color of the water.
