A 30-ton horizontal bitumen tank is a specially designed storage unit for handling and storing bitumen, which is a heavy and rather viscous petroleum-based material. These are essential tanks in the industries involved in the use of bitumen, such as asphalt production plants, road construction sites, and bitumen distribution facilities. The horizontal design of a tank offers a number of practical advantages, including easier maintenance, access for cleaning inner parts, efficient heating and insulation systems that maintain the bitumen at working temperature.

The advantage of Accumulator having Liquid Receiver is to have heat exchange between Liquid Receiver (outside) and Liquid Accumulator (inside). The heat from the Liquid Receiver part, enhance the evaporation in Liquid Accumulator, also providing condensing in Liquid Receiver. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers are designed for multi compressor systems to have storage for oil that seperated from oil seperators.
ESSOSR designed to be used with oil level regulators to distribute the stored oil.
ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers has rotalock connectors with rotalock valves of SAE 3/8”.
Placing easily readible sight glasses for pre-defined levels of oil, the tracking of oil levels are much simpler.
There is a option to replace to rotalock valve for any desired line type and size.
For the oil check valve, there is a seperate SAE 3/8 place on the top of the ESSOSR.

ESSLA Series Liquid Accumulators are system protectors, designed to be placed the compressors low pressure line. The main purpose of the ESSLA is to prevent refrigerant to reach to the compressor in liquid state.
By the internal design, ESSLA Liquid Accumulators, can prevent fluctuations / irregularities, during the “off-cycle” and Liquid Hammering. Also it promotes the oil return to the compressor.
At the first assembly stage, it is advised to add sufficient amount of oil in the liquid accumulator.

A twin bucket chain elevator can be described as a specially designed vertical conveyor system whereby it can transport bulk materials, such as grains, sand, ore, coal, and others that are granular or in powdered states.
