Flaguerie cider vinegar is the result of the acetic transformation of organic cider into vinegar. This natural vinegar is aged for several months in oak barrels before being bottled without filtration. A vinegar mother may form at the bottom of the bottle.

WINEMAKING

Maceration approx. 2 weeks.
Fully matured in vats on fine lees before bottling (unfiltered).
TASTING NOTES
This wine has an elegant ruby-purple colour. Its nose reveals aromas
of black currant and cherry fruit.
The palate is well-balanced with full tannins and notes of black-fruits
and liquorice.
Great pairing with Mediterranean dishes, white meats, mildly-spiced
foods (e.g. paella or curry) and red meats.
