Complete machining of workpieces begins with the right clamping concept. Our engineers develop innovative solutions and clamping devices at the highest technical level. Processing complicated workpieces in efficient cycle times requires process-optimized clamping. We deliver technological solutions with longevity and all-round service. The workpieces are aligned, fixed and clamped hydraulically, pneumatically or mechanically. If several parts are processed at the same time, depending on the number of motor spindles, high-precision fixing, positioning and clamping of the parts is necessary. This is only possible with automated tensioning (e.g. hydraulic) and precise alignment of the devices.

Die Prüfmaschine der Baureihe FWP 20 ist geeignet für Zug-, Druck- und Biegeversuche als auch für Schwelllast- und Ermüdungstests. Die Prüfmaschinen der Baureihe FWP von 5 kN bis 30 kN sind geeignet für Zug-, Druck- und Biegeversuche als auch für Schwelllast- und Ermüdungstests. Die Prüfmaschinen erfüllen die hohen Genauigkeitsanforderungen an die Kraftmess- und Längenmesstechnik nach DIN EN ISO 7500 und DIN EN ISO 9513. Der modulare Aufbau der Prüfmaschinen gewährleistet große Flexibilität bei Kundenwünschen. Dazu wird die Grundmaschine mit entsprechend wählbaren Zusatzeinheiten ergänzt. Die Grundmaschine besteht aus Lastrahmen mit Antrieb, der Mess- und Steuerelektronik und einer Basissoftware und kann mit/ohne PC geliefert werden. Zwei Säulen und zwei Kugelumlaufspindeln gewährleisten eine hohe Steifigkeit des Lastrahmens. Mit dem DC-Antriebssystem lassen sich kraft-, weg-, und dehnungsgeregelte Versuche durchführen.
