Chemically protective, reusable jackets and trousers are available in a wide range of fabrics to provide the best possible protection in numerous industries. Jackets feature nylon coarse tooth zips and a choice of hook and loop fastener or press stud zip flaps. Trousers include adjustable webbing shoulder braces with quick-release buckles.

Mild abrasive Safety-Grip tape features the mildest anti-slip coating we have ever manufactured. While still having 100% coverage, the granules applied to the surface are far smaller than others in our range. Our latest machine is the VTC-300 CII which is a highly versatile vertical machining centre with a large 2000 mm table cross dimension and high-speed rapid traverse of up to 36 m/min. Productivity and efficiency are greatly improved as the machine work envelope is separated into 2 work areas. This allows the machine to be in cycle, in one work area, while a part is being set up in the other work area.

H3401 standard anti slip tape is made from a fine grade aluminium oxide, which makes it suitable for use in a wide range of appli­cations. The grit is a medium anti-slip abrasive coating.­ Our standard Safety-Grip is great for general anti-slip requirements possessing excellent levels of grip (measured as Coefficient of Friction). The GLS 300B suit in Chemprotex™ 300 is a single-use gas-tight chemical protection suit designed for use with breathing apparatus worn outside the suit, a facemask and filter or airline respirator. The suit combines the benefits of a lightweight high-performance chemical barrier fabric with a gas-tight construction to method 2 of ISO 17491-1. Good to go Safety pallet truck inspection checklists is ideal for ensuring pallet trucks are maintained in a good working order Simply attach a tag to the pallet truck handle in a position for maximum visibility and then use the checklist to carry out a pre-use pallet truck inspection. Remove the top copy of the completed pallet truck checklist and place inside the tag (a duplicate NCR copy is retained in the book for management/maintenance records). The tag will clearly advise users if a fault has been found and indicate a “Do Not Use” message, or if all checks were satisfactory then users will be advised that the pallet truck is “Good to Go”. The frequency of inspection will be dependent on findings of a risk assessment with a bare minimum of an annual inspection being required. In areas of daily use, in harsh environments or high risk of collisions then the frequency may be increased to weekly or daily checks. This system is totally flexible to meet your needs.

Commonly found chemicals such as water, soap solutions or many others do not pose any harm, even occasional exposure to certain petrochemicals or harsher cleaning does not affect the material. In certain, and very rare, situations the anti-slip tape could be completely submerged under a liquid that is extremely aggressive. Some of our customers use problematic solutions; these could include high concentration MEK, toluene, acids, alkalis etc. For almost all applications our conventional Safety-Grip range performs brilliantly. In a small number of applications one of two situations can cause problems; 1. Chemical retention In this situation mild chemicals such as basic cleaning agents mixed with water and are trapped on the surface on the anti-slip tape with no way of escaping, the fluids form a reservoir and with no form of dissipation, over time, they can damage the resins that hold the minerals onto the plastic film.
