Wir haben Schweißkonstruktionen für Offshore-Industrie nach den Entwürfen unserer Kunden hergestellt. Die Schweißkonstruktionen sind nach internationalen Normen ISO 3834-2 und Kundenrichtlinien hergestellt.

Wir stellen Regalsysteme, Verkaufskörbe und andere Ladeneinrichtungen her. Unser Maschinenpark ist für die Verarbeitung von Draht, Profilen, Platten, Kunststoffen und Holzwerkstoffen ausgelegt.

We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

We produce constructions for marine, e.g. various systems, machines or tanks. We manufacturing according to international standards for welding processes (ISO 3834-2). Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements. The range of our products comprises both steel elements made to order of black and stainless steel and aluminium. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard.

Metal welding is, the process of welding metals together, performed using heat, superheating or using a welding agent. Each of the above-mentioned solutions is distinguished by different properties, allowing to combine different types of materials and also to apply welding in a specific, well-defined area. We offer our customers comprehensive services in this area with the highest international standards. At our facility, we weld using MAG and TIG methods, in accordance with the international standards set forth in EN ISO 3834-2 for welding metal materials and EN ISO 1090-2. We weld both black and stainless steel. We manufacture structures up to EXC3 class. We have more than 70 WPQR welding qualifications according to EN ISO 15614. Our welders are qualified to weld by methods: MAG 135 - Arc welding with solid wire in active gas shielding. MAG 136 - Arc welding with powdered wire in active gas shielding. TIG 141 - Welding with non-fusible tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield.

Vosse is not always raw steel and heavy constructions, we also often undertake orders that require considerable precision and a sense of aesthetics. One of these was the implementation of facade elements for one of our Swiss clients. These powder coated aluminum elements (first 2 pictures) will be part of the façade of a modern residential building in Zurich. The number of operations performed on the next elements, photos (3 and 4) of which you can see below, is a long list. However, there are points on it that are undoubtedly worth being proud of. In addition to standard assembly and welding, we have performed, among others, glass beading and stud shooting - a task that is performed by few companies in our industry. What are these items? These are stainless anchors for mounting facades on high-rise buildings. The implementation of this order is another great result of the work of our entire team!

Denne metoden brukes ofte som et alternativ til oksygenbrenselskjæring. Plasmaskjæring er spesielt egnet for kutting av svartplate, rustfritt stålplate og aluminiumplate opp til 40 mm. Med vår maskin kan vi kutte ark med dimensjonene 6000 mm x 2000 mm. Plasma skjæring er en av de mest populære metodene når det gjelder å kutte plater. Denne metoden er spesielt verdsatt ved kutting av tykke aluminiumsplater og rustfritt stålplater. Det store driftsområdet for denne metoden bidrar til det faktum at andre metoder (laserskjæring, vannstråling) er mindre populære når man skjærer metallplater. ESTIMET tilbyr plasmaskjæringstjenester som oppfyller forventningene til mange selskaper over bransjer over hele Europa. Vi innser ordrer for serier som består av flere tusen elementer og kan også produsere enkeltelementer (for eksempel prototyper).
