Questo Amarone della Valpolicella Classico di SANTA SOFIA è un vino di alta qualità con una bottiglia da 75 cl. Grazie alla sua produzione tradizionale e al suo invecchiamento in botti di legno, offre un sapore ricco e intenso che si abbina perfettamente a carni rosse e formaggi stagionati. Ottimo da gustare in occasioni speciali.
Gozauri Saperavi 2015
Le Gozauri Saperavi 2015 est une expression authentique du terroir unique de la région viticole de Kakheti, située dans la micro-zone de Kindzmarauli.
Ce vin, cultivé dans un climat continental modéré, est un produit d'un seul vignoble, géré et possédé par notre domaine. Fait exclusivement à partir du cépage Saperavi, il provient de nos vignobles, où un rendement de 6 à 7 tonnes par hectare est soigneusement maintenu pour assurer la qualité suprême du fruit.
Avec une production totale de 15 000 bouteilles de 0,75 litres, ce vin rouge sec du millésime 2015 possède un taux d'alcool de 12,5%. Son processus de vinification démontre un engagement envers la qualité et l'authenticité. Les raisins, récoltés à la main et triés avec soin, ont subi une fermentation dans des barriques ouvertes de 225 litres, avec une macération de 20 jours, suivi d'un vieillissement en cuves inox pendant 10 mois.

Hand-picked in 12 kg cases.
WINEMAKING
Manually destemmed and fermented in 1.500 l. stainless steel vats.
Malolactic in new French oak barrels. Aged on its own lees for 25 months.
Nor or very little batonnage is practised at our winery, as protection against
oxidation occurs naturally on its own with approximately 5cm of lees in
each barrel.
TASTING NOTES
Tiramisu -coffee, cream and cocoa notes. Bold, with a well structured
rounded mouthfeel along with a long-lasting finish. Would happily grace a
collection with many years to come

DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN: CIGALES
La vendimia se realizó a principios de octubre, sometiéndola a un suave estrujado y despalillado. Fermentó a una temperatura controlada. A continuación se realizó la fermentación maloláctica. Posteriormente se clarificó, estabilizó y embotelló.

High fermentation beer with full and soft body. Its aroma is sweet and perfect balanced with a creamy and compact foam.
Four specialty barley malts and two noble hops varieties, give it elegant notes of dried fruits and liquorice.
Excellent with red meat braised or roasted, barbecued meats, smoked fish, aged cheeses, seasoned goat cheeses and Sacher cake.
