Aluminum is a light, thin metal that is very commonly used in welding shops. With this metal, welding must be done at low temperatures, otherwise pores will form in your materials. Aluminum is highly reactive, so it forms an oxide layer when exposed to air. This oxide is a barrier to welding. Before welding you need to remove the oxide layer using a wire brush. Each different type of weld requires different equipment and techniques, but when you apply everything involved, your aluminum welds look clean and smooth and are very durable.
It’s designed upon you weld cylindrical, conical and rectangle shaped bended frameworks and in shape of flat slab metal
sheet and plaque linearly. Frameworks that are between 200-3000 mm diameters can be welded on different types of
machines easily. Its production can be made from the length of 0.5 meter to 4 meters. Upon customer demand the
length can be increased. As to application method, TIG, MIG and submerged welds can be adapted. Materials’ like boiler,
thermosiphon, solar power boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas funnels, lpg tubes etc., height welds are made on this machine.

Beide Werkstoffe sind hitzebeständiger Stahl. Durch höheren chrom- und nickelgehalt und weisen eine gute Oxidationsbeständigkeit auf. Die guten Festigkeitseigenschaften sind auch bei höheren Temperaturen noch vorhanden. Beide haben auch eine ausgezeichnete chemische Beständigkeit bis 1100°C .
