An 80-ton welded-type cement silo is a large storage container designed mainly to hold big amounts of cement in construction and industrial settings. The metal panels used to build this type of silo are joined by welding so that they are very strong and sturdy, thereby enabling them to hold big volumes of cement. These silos can hold 80 tons of cement, ensuring a large storage and continuous, effective supply of this required construction material at the working site or the cement manufacturing plant. Leakages and structural failures, caused by poor welding, are eliminated by the welded feature in the 80-ton cement silo; thus, the quality of the cement stored is maintained. It has access doors, level indicators, and discharge systems which make the process of loading-unloading of cement easy.

Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants. We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp. *We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type. *We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes. *It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended. *Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.

As Ramazan Aycan Inc., we provide laser cutting services to cut sheet materials in desired sizes and thicknesses according to the demands of our customers. The ytterbium laser to be used for sheet metal cutting is produced in the laser unit. The rays produced in the modules of the laser unit can be easily carried by fiber cable to the cutting head without any loss. In this way, suitable laser beams are provided for sheet metal cutting.

The dye plant is cultivated in many countries now for yellow dyeing. Weld was used in ancient times as a dye plant for textile, painting, fresco, etc. Please use nearly between 3% to 5% WOF according to the destiny of shade you like. To mordant protein-based fiber (wool, hair, fur, and silk) please use with alum 15% WOF. For cellulose fiber pre mordant with oak gall tannin.
