Nuestras habilidades incluyen el trabajo con aceros como S355J2 y aceros con límites elásticos más bajos, especialmente para espesores de material superiores a 3 mm para soldaduras de filete (3-23 para soldaduras a tope), soldadas con el método MAG-135.

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), commonly known as MIG welding, is a welding process where an electric arc forms between a consumable electrode and the workpiece, generating the necessary heat for welding. The electrode, continuously fed as a solid wire, melts and forms the weld metal as it is consumed. The welding area is protected from atmospheric contamination by shielding gases or gas mixtures from the welding torch, ensuring high-quality welds by preventing defects caused by even minimal air exposure.

En nuestras instalaciones, soldamos con los métodos MAG y TIG, de acuerdo con las normas internacionales establecidas en EN ISO 3834-2 para la soldadura de materiales metálicos y EN ISO 1090-2.

RSD is our short name for a laser head consisting of a total of 2 motorized axes for use in large-format laser machines in gantry design for 3-dimensional laser cutting / laser welding of components. The horizontal main axis of the laser head permits endless movement, even during the rotary movement the axes below are permanently supplied with cooling water, process gases and all electrical signals. Suitable optics are used for the laser source used, either directly water-cooled metal mirrors with coatings of least absorption, or alternatively glass optics. The use of an adaptive optics optionally allows the freely programmable focus position for cutting and piercing. The exclusive use of torque motors reduces mechanically moving components and thus guarantees consistently high machining accuracy and best machining results over a long service life, against mechanical damage reliably protects our proven 3D collision protection.
