Crown caps for your customised need. We manufacture crown cork bottle caps with different lining materials and colour options to meet your needs. Crown caps are suitable for glass, plastic, and aluminium bottles, and can be used for all kind of beverages. Crown caps are possible to get with standard Pantone PMS colours, plain one colour printing or multicolour CMYK printing. Also, it is possible to apply customer designed printing, including inside printing. For printing we use the offset printing method. Inside printing gives you more opportunities for product differentiation and marketing. Our crown caps are made of tinplated steel (TP, electrolytically coated or lined with tin) or tin free steel (TFS, chromium plated steel). We use BPA-free lacquers. A range of crown caps are available in standard stock colours. Plain stock colours of crown caps are available by the box.

The 26mm RipCap® is an easy-to-use ring pull cap, suitable for use on a wide variety of beverages in bottles with a standard crown cap mouth. RipCap® closures offer a safe and convenient alternative to standard crown caps. -The RipCap's shell and ring can be decorated with own design. It differentiates product packaging with an innovative opening experience, audibly and visually. -The RipCap® offers excellent product protection. It is highly tamper-evident in a one-piece closure. Also, it is safe to use, it will not corrode or contaminate contents. -RipCap® ring pull caps are easy to open: place a finger through the ring, then pull out, up and off, in a single smooth flowing action. No tools required. -Utilising specially tempered aluminium, and selected sealing and lining systems, the RipCap® closure is suitable for carbonated and still products. It can withstand normal forces encountered with pasteurisation, hot fill and sterilisation processes.

The Ring Crown cap is an easy to open and convenient ring pull bottle cap with highly tamper-evident design. Ring Crown cap is made of steel, the same material as a traditional crown cork bottle cap. Also, its diameter is the same as crown cork, fitting the same bottle mouth. Ring Crown withstands higher internal pressure and therefore is suitable for carbonated as well as non-carbonated, pasteurised and non-pasteurised drinks. Ring Crown is more hygienic since capping occurs early in the process and the seal corresponds to the shape of the bottle mouth. They have VLB (Versuchs und Lehranstalt für Brauerei) approval and conforms to DIN-norms. Ring Crown-ring pull bottle caps can be used across a wide range of beverage markets: beer, energy drinks, wines and mineral waters. They are suitable for glass, plastic and aluminium bottles. Finn-Korkki can print to both sides of the metal cap making the bottle sealed with Ring Crown cap even more effective marketing tool!
