Ball lock pins are used for easy fastening or joining of components.
The two balls are disengaged by pressing the push button and the pin can be slipped into holes in the workpieces. When the push button is released, the balls lock the connection securely.
Shear force double shear (F) = S · τ aB max.
The values given for the shear force are the theoretical breaking load.
These are non-binding reference values without consideration of safety factors and exclude any liability. The values given are for information purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding assurance of properties.
The load values have been calculated in accordance with DIN 50141. Each user must determine individually whether the ball lock pin is suitable for the respective application.
Different materials in which the ball lock pins are used, weather conditions and wear can influence the determined values.

Cable ties are made by high quality of Nylon 6.6. resin. The property of this material is in moisture absorbed and released. Cable ties require to be contained the moisture and packed in the sealed packaging to have optimal performance. Hence, the conditions for keeping the packaging of cable ties are very important.

The floating joint unit is a bolt for connecting two components, that permits a desired movement of those components in relation to each other.
The floating joint unit is mainly used when:
a temperature change alters the dimensions of a component
assembly inaccuracies occur
manufacturing tolerances must be compensated for
the position of the components varies due to dynamic loads

Latches with draw bail for securing and locking hatches, container lids, machine cladding etc. By exceeding the dead centre they resist vibration.
The locking force is applied by drawing on the bail.
The latches can be screwed down or riveted. We recommend using countersunk screws for fastening the components.
Order catch plates separately.

Seal, rubber NBR.
Note
Pillow block bearings consist of a sealed singlerow ball bearing with a spherical outer ring which is mounted in a housing. Because of the spherical outer surface of the bearing, shaft misalignment can be compensated for. The bearings are manufactured with a plus tolerance. This results in transition or press fits when using shafts with htolerances. The shaft is secured by grub screws on the inner ring.
In normal applications, pillow block bearings are maintenancefree due to the lifetime lubrication. In difficult environmental conditions relubrication can be carried out over the grease nipple.
All housing dimensions are nominal dimensions for which the usual casting tolerances must be taken into consideration.
