Der Vorteil von präzisionsgeschmiedeten Teilen besteht darin, dass sie überwiegend in verschiedenen Verbindungen und ohne zusätzliche mechanische Bearbeitung eingesetzt werden können. Das Heißkammschmieden ist das Verfahren in unserem Unternehmen – Stangen werden erhitzt und in das entsprechende Schmiedewerkzeug eingesetzt. Nach dem Schmiedeprozess trimmen und durchstechen wir die Halbfertigprodukte, um viele Formen und andere Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Wir formen rostfreie, legierte und Kohlenstoffstähle. In den meisten Fällen werden komplexere und größere Schmiedeteile weiterbearbeitet. Aufgrund der Spezifität von Präzisionsschmiedeteilen bieten wir die minimal notwendige zusätzliche Bearbeitung an und reduzieren somit die Bearbeitungszeiten.

We are experienced in the production of parts made of different material. The majority is made of stainless steel. Moreover, we manufacture products made of hardened material of 64 Hrc.The manufacture is carried out on three different types of turning machines Classic turning machines (14 machines). Turning machines are of different sizes and different complexity. The machining is carried out by using sticks of different diameter with automatic feed. Products with diameter up to 64 mm from sticks or 165 mm from pieces can be machined. The length of the machined part can reach 118 mm. The most technologically advanced lathe can machine with two spindles and three turning machines, which can move in three axes and can carry 12 tools each, for a total of 36 tools. All tools can be driven. Driven tools can produce up to 40 Nm of torque. All tools are controlled by a tool monitor, which ensures timely replacement of the cutting tool and minimizes deviation.

INSULATING PLATES are based on high refractory fillings, fibers and binders. Regarding special customers’ request we develop and produce shape-, dimension- and functionadjusted INSULATING PLATES in insulation or exothermic – insulation quality.

The products are intended for small or large series production. The elements are manufactured by means of a pre-made punching tool. In punching, we use all types of materials from steel and stainless steel to copper and aluminium and from bronze and brass to plastic. In our manufacturing process we utilise machines with up to 160 tons of compression force. Production of punching elements can be done either on our own tools or on our clients’ tools.
