To guarantee the best possible product to our customers, we offer lemon juice and lime juice: Of first pression, with a low pulp content Containing essential lemon and lime oil Working with these strict quality standards, we are proud to say that all beneficial characteristic of the juice of freshly picked lemons and limes can be found back in our products. The biggest ‘enemy’ of any fruit juice is oxygen. Exposing juice to oxygen can cause oxidation, immediately affecting the quality of the product. It can cause browning of the juice, an off-taste and the loss of Vitamin C.

We have the Belgian chocolate truffle you are looking for! Our chocolate truffles are made with the best of ingredients whilst keeping an eye on trends constantly. The standard chocolate truffle assortments are either dusted or flaked. The truffles are produced and packed in our factory under our house brand, Lemaître. Our delicious chocolate truffles can also be supplied in a variety of boxes as a private label. On your request, we can adapt our truffle to suit ‘your market’. The milk chocolate flaked truffle and the cocoa dusted chocolate truffle are our best sellers. We have been focusing on concept development since 2005.

The Lemaître assortment offers a complete range of dusted and flaked chocolate truffles. Our truffles have a fine truffle filling, coated with the best Belgian milk chocolate and decorated with cocoa powder or chocolate flakes. All the truffles are produced in our factory on our 2 dedicated production lines: a production line for dusted truffles and one for truffles flaked with chocolate shavings. Our Lemaître standard assortment contains: 6 chocolate flaked varieties with milk chocolate coating in rectangular ballotin box (Truffines, Cappuccino, Crisp Praliné, Noir, Caramel Salted, Ruby) 6 cocoa dusted varieties with double milk chocolate coating in vertical ballotin box (Cocoa, Marc de Champagne, Hazelnut Crisp, Cappuccino, Strawberry, Toffee) We also offer a luxury assortment under the Lemaître brand, please ask for the minimum quantities: A 105g rectangular box containing 12 flaked truffles in 3 different varieties
