Cheese Analog, also known as imitation cheese or cheese alternative, is a type of cheese product in which all or part of the milk fat is replaced with vegetable fat. The manufacturing process for Cheese Analog is similar to that of regular cheese and is often chosen for its cost efficiency and ease of production. Cheese Analog offered by Foodcom S.A. is characterized by its soft texture, good elasticity, homogeneous melting, stretching properties and easy grating and cutting. It has a shelf life of 3, 6, or 12 months. Foodcom S.A. supplies Cheese Analog in 1 kg blocks or shredded and packed in 1 or 2 kg bags.

El queso ibérico es un queso de pasta prensada elaborado con mezcla de tres leches (Vaca, oveja y cabra). Es el queso más popular en España, y de acuerdo con las proporciones establecidos en el apartado 4 del anexo I del Real Decreto 262/2011, del 28 de febrero, por las que se aprueban las normas de calidad para los quesos y quesos fundidos. Todo queso que se comercialice con la denominación “Ibérico”, debe estar elaborado con leche fresca en las siguientes proporciones: máximo del 50% de leche de vaca, mínimo del 15% de leche de cabra y mínimo del 15% de leche de oveja.
Se elabora durante todo el año. Diferenciamos el semicurado del curado por el periodo de maduración. El primero tiene un periodo de maduración de uno a tres meses, pasta prensada, masa compacta pero no cerrada, con pequeñas oquedades por todo el corte y de coloración amarillo pajizo sobre un fondo marfil, debido a la mezcla de las tres leches. El curado tiene de tres a seis meses.
