Aero Carb T filters are disposable type panel filters which offers excellent odor filtration, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applicationsincluding Hospitals, Pharmaceutical companies, Food processing units, Restaurants, Airports, Commercial Buildings etc. These come in 25mmand 45mm depths.
Aero Carb V model filters are made up of activated carbon media, close pleated and bonded to a rigid V shaped construction in anticrash polystyrene frame. These filters operate with no carbon shedding, with very low pressure drop and are incinerable. A combination of synthetic media and activated carbon ensured higher degree of filtration efficiency.
AERO CELL CG filters are the new generation type high efficiency mini pleat panel filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from M5 to F9(45%to 95%+). AERO Pac P filters are medium to high efficiency extended surface selfsupporting Pocket (bag) filters made of super fine synthetic (Polyester) filter media. The progressive density multilayered fiber arrangement offers excellent filtration performance combined with very high dust holding capacity.
Aero Pleat filters are designed as a pre filter in air conditioning and air intake applications. The filters are made up of cotton and synthetic fibers and areencased in wet strength card boards. Filters are classified with MERV9/F5/EU5 efficiency. Aero Pleat SC filters with standard capacity are made with apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat HC filters with high capacity are made with a pleat distribution of 15 pleats per linear foot.

Aero Fine HVP are mini pleated box style high velocity fine filters. Old heating systems often have problems:
The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results.
