Eclipse’s patented magnetic filtration or magnetic separation systems are the ultimate in filtration technology, providing, quality and environmental benefits.
The Filtramag is the ultimate in filtration technology, its’ high intensity magnetic cores make it 1005 effective for use with materials which have lower magnetic permeability such as tungsten carbide and cast iron. With a stainless steel construction it is ideal for use in harsh chemical environments and wash systems.
Patented design.
Easy installation.
Unique dual flow technology™ maximises collection capability.
Operates at up to 20 bar.
Removes both magnetic and non-magnetic contamination.
Minimal pressure drop.
In-line connections.
Ideal for use in harsh chemical environments.
The dual chambered design means that fluid is exposed to the high intensity magnets for the maximum time thus ensuring almost 100% of contamination is removed on first pass through the filter. High intensity magnetic cores ensure particle

The UV Bio-Wall provides a “barrier wall” of UV Energy destroying biological and chemical contaminants passing through it. Each Bio-Wall has 5 High Intensity 19mm Pure Fused Quartz Lamps, which are mounted to Aluminium Anodized Parabolic Reflectors that reflect the full 360° of Germicidal Radiation. The Bio-Wall is mounted parallel to the air stream in order to maximize the contaminant’s contact time with the UV Energy.
In addition to the lamp array the Bio-Wall is equipped with a ballast housing which is usually located on the outside of the duct adjacent to the Biowall array on the inside. The ballast box has contacts enabling connection to a BMS system for remote monitoring and switching.
Stainless Steel (St. St.) filters retain their strength as liquid temperatures increase which makes them suitable for elevated temperature liquid filtration, where polymetric (polypropylene, nylon, polyester or glass fibre) cartridges are not viable. Staineless Steel filter cartridges have:
- A broad range of chemical compatibility
- Mechanically strong which makes them ideal for high viscosity applications
- Are cleanable either by ultrasonics or chemical cleaning
- Reusable through many elevated temperature cycles
Stainless Steel filters also play a key role in the filtration of steam due to their thermal strength protecting process equipment and pipework from damage by contaminants entrained in the steam.
Acting as a prefilter, pleated depth cartridge filters perform an important role by protecting follow-on membrane technologies - microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis - so their efficacy and service life can be maximised.
Avialable in polypropylene or glass fibre, in standard and highflow formats, micron ratings from 0.5 to 100 micron plus and a range of different endcaps allows all existing applications to be retrofitted.
Our housing ranges for liquid or gas housings are ideal for use in a any new installation or plant extension. Housings are designed to suit the application, can be provided in industrial, hygienic or gas styles and in a range of sizes to allow as standard liquid flows up to 500 m3/hr and gas flows up to 7,000 m3/hr.
All housings are CE marked, PED and ATEX compliant.

Eclipse Magnetic Filtration produce a range of products to filter ferrous materials from your CNC machine's cutting fluids and oils. Magnetic filtration is a positive contribution to companies' environmental policies and ISO 14001 accreditation. Magnetic filtration requires no consumable or disposable products. It extracts 100% of ferrous contamination, drastically reducing the use of disposable filter media. Eclipse Micromag is a compact magnetic filter for standard machine filtration and smaller wash stations. Micromag is compact in size but has massive holding capacity. Units hold 1kg, 2kg, and 4kg of contamination respectively. Micromag is available in a range of sizes to suit a range of applications up to a pressure of 80 bar and a temperature of 140 degrees. Specific Micromag units are selelcted for an application based on required flow rate
Estimated delivery:5-7 Working Days (subject to availability)
Our range of sterile gas filters includes two types of sterile gas filter - PTFE membrane or GF depth media's - and also includes a range of coalescing prefilters that ensure the maximum protection of the final sterile filter.
All are designed with minimum operating differential pressure in mind to minimise running costs and to optimise filter service life.
