The PPC – PPC VM (VM = metal tank) series was developed for plants with medium-large potential.
For filters in this range, cloth washing is done with two pumps only (of which one backup pump) which serveall the discs.
The selection of discs on which to conduct the backwash (in sequence) is carried out by using double-acting valves with pneumatic control.
The largest standard model in this series has a filtering surface of 160 m2 that can process a load equal to a community of approximately 50.000 PE.
A singular feature of this series is the low energy consumption, even more noticeable with the increasing plant potential.

The EUROMIX® vertical shaft floating agitator is designed for all mixing applications and operates at 1000 rpm.
The liquid rises to the surface of the tank and discharged at the base.
The EUROMIX® flow-guide pipe allows the fluid to be directed to the base of the tank and can be used for deep tanks. The specific flow created ensures the mixing of the liquid.
The general basis of the mixing being vertical, the water is directed at very high-speed causing a laminar flow by the agitation unit at the tank base.
The EUROMIX® thus prevent the formation of dead zones in the tanks.
It prevents sedimentation and rapid settling in holding and mixing tanks.

The FRMD is used to remove the upper layer of foam, oil or fats. The natural flow within the basin, together with the suction of the pump, attracts the surface of the water towards the center of the FRMD. An adaptable floating weir allows the upper layer to enter the pump and be removed from the basin. The weir and the submersible pump are mounted on a robust floating structure held in place by cables and springs or guiding tubes.
Depending on the application and the geometry of the basin, the FRMD can be mounted together with a MIX SL (directional submersible mixer) or MIX-AS (floating downdraft mixer) to help the flow towards the weir.
Applicable for removal of oil, fats, bulking + aging sludge, recycling of scum in sludge stabilisation + biogas, SBR and ASP tanks.

The removable aeration ramp is a solution to bring oxygen to effluent by fine air bubbles whatever the depth of the basin.
These ramps are ideal to overcome an emergency oxygen deficit following a breakdown or an increase in the volume of effluent to be treated.
This product is designed to descale fine bubble membrane diffusers by injecting formic acid to their internal surface.
This operation is required when an increase in head loss is observed and to significantly reduce calcium carbonate deposits (carbonation) in the membrane.
