In line with the pattern demand, the technical drawings are given to the pattern shop in our structure or to the pattern manufacturers we have been working for years. Depending on the demand of the customer, pre-machining and final machining, are done in our own machining shop and in the companies we have been cooperating with for many years. In the laboratory, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield - tensile - elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided. Industries we serve are, pumps and components, valves, general machinery, marine industry, turbines, hydrolic and petrochemical industry, iron and steel industry.

SRI Foundry, located in Commentry, manufactures a complete range of sand castings for all business lines in self-hardening sand : pure copper, hardening precipitation copper, aluminium bronze, tin bronze, lead bronze, brass... Saint Rémy Industrie (SRI) has an integrated machining workshop which is constantly developing. This integrated machining workshop is an essential asset in the service provided to our customers because it has 7 CNC lathes including 6 3-axis CNC machines, 2 vertical machining centers and a conventional machining capacity up to Ø 1500 mm. We can provide fully machined and quality-controlled sand castings. Therefore, our customers have a single and reliable contact. Our philosophy : delivering a product that is ready to be used. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys.
