CSI specializes in the design, manufacture, assembly and start-up/tune-up of electric or gas IR (Infra Red), UV (Ultra Violet) and EB (ELECTRON BEAM) systems. We also offer upgrades for existing equipment. We offer our services mainly to the following sectors: AUTOMOTIVE PAINTING, FOOD, COIL COATING, ADHESIVES, TECHNICAL CONCRETE. In AUTOMOTIVE, our installations range from hand-held IR cassettes to Infrared industrial oven, from curing system steps to touch-up installations on rollers or overhead rails. In the FOOD sector, our systems enable browning, roasting, melting, pasteurization before or during packaging, and drying of water or coatings. In COIL COATING, our high-density electric IR units (up to 700kW/m²) polymerize paints in less than 10 seconds, and dry treatments in 1 to 2 seconds.
