Rugócenter Kft is a Hungarian family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing of various types of springs and wire products. We produce a wide range of springs, including tension, compression, torsion, and agricultural springs, as well as wire bent parts. They are produced with wire diameters ranging from 0.25 mm to 16 mm. The products are primarily produced in small and large series production and also for individual orders. These products serve multiple industries such as agriculture, household appliances, bicycles, lighting, shading technology, and certain sectors of the automotive industry. With the investments made in recent years, the area of the production and workshop halls has increased, the range of modern automatic spring production machines and other equipment (e.g. heat treatment furnaces, bending tools, grinding machines) has been expanded, and a powder coating plant has also been handed over. We are characterized by reliability, commitment and stable business relationships. Many years of experience in production and the use of new engineering and production technologies contribute to the production of high-quality products.We help our partners' design work: with the support of the Institute of Spring Technology (IST), we provide professional assistance in spring development. As a member of the German Spring Industry Association (VDFI), we participate in trainings and lectures organized by them around current economic and technical issues.

In 1974, Paul Joachim Prause founded the company Schichtstofftechnik Prause, which was renamed the P. J. Prause Durotec GmbH in 1998. P. J. Prause had previously, as part of 3M Germany, significantly contributed to shaping the technical application of synthetic leaf springs in Germany with Scotchply™ glass-fibre composites. This enabled Prause Durotec GmbH to acquire more than 35 years of experience in the manufacture and application of leaf springs made from fibre composites. Prause Durotec is a medium-sized company with 16 members of staff and a global customer base. The range of products we manufacture includes all configurations of flat leaf springs with E-glass, S-glass, carbon fibres, with epoxy resin providing the matrix. The procedures used to process the UD prepregs (UD = unidirectional) comply with aeronautical and military standards.
