As a milk specialist, Uelzena eG produces and markets a wide range of milk-based ingredients such as butter, butterfat, skim milk powder and sweetened condensed milk in its "Uelzena Ingredients" business unit. The Ingredients business unit, which spans several locations, includes three production sites and two distribution sites, as well as a joint venture with the Uelzena Group, a dairy cooperative based in northern Germany. Customers include well-known branded companies and industrial manufacturers of baked goods, confectionery, ice cream, delicatessen, desserts and other food products throughout Europe but also beyond.
