The products are primarily produced in small and large series production and also for individual orders. With the investments made in recent years, the area of the production and workshop halls has increased, the range of modern automatic spring production machines and other equipment (e.g. heat treatment furnaces, bending tools, grinding machines) has been expanded, and a powder coating plant has also been handed over. I use CAM system to my CNC machining centre, so if you only have the drawing, I also can make the model of your part. In case of materials, I work with aluminium, steel, plastic and brass.I also have partners from different fields like surface treatment, heat treatment, so I can give you a full service. Egyéni vállalkozóként CNC bérgyártással foglalkozom, vállalom egyedi, akár prototípus, kis- és nagy szériás alkatrészek gyártását. Jelenleg egy CNC eszterga és egy CNC megmunkálóközpont alkotja a gépparkomat. A CNC megmunkálóközpontot CAM rendszerrel programozom, ha csak rajz áll rendelkezésre, vállalom a modell elkészítését is. Alapanyag tekintetében alumínium, acél, műanyag, réz és bronz termékek gyártásával foglalkozom. Lehetőség van felületkezelt, hőkezelt, köszörült termékek komplett gyártására is, jól bevált partnerekkel rendelkezem ezeken a területeken. A kapcsolattartás magyar és angol nyelven is folyhat.
