KG (est.1931), has been developing and manufacturing mono and multi couplings, as well as docking systems that are used wherever liquids, vapours, gasses, electrical and optical signals and electric power have to be transferred and separated. Quick couplings are available in nominal sizes of DN 2 to DN 100, at operating pressures from vacuum to 2000 bar, also in clean-break, full-flow or breakaway technology.

Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

At the start of the 1980s, zinc die-casting became an established part of production. Shortly afterwards, production was expanded to include the field of aluminium die-casting. JETCLEAN GmbH was founded in 1998 in Duisburg, Germany. Since then we have been busy developing and distributing solutions for the internal cleaning of tubes and hoses. Many of our solutions have become standard in the industry. For example, our ptcsystem® which makes cleaning hydraulic lines effortlessly simple and can also be used to clean industrial tubes. Or our FERRET machine for cleaning flue gas pipes in high-volume water boilers, economisers and waste gas boilers. We have also expanded our product range to include powerful DUSTCONTROL industrial vacuum cleaners and the transportable HDS high-pressure rinsing unit for cleaning pipe interiors with fluid. We develop our products in close collaboration with our customers. Providing competent and customer-focused advice about internal tube cleaning and technical cleanliness is our main priority.
