Our applications are manual and automated pre-treatment, cleaning, cooling and deburring using CO2 snow blasting. The innovation here is the use of liquid CO2 and compressed air. During CO2 snow blasting, dry ice particles (solid CO2 at -78 °C) are generated from liquid CO2 in the device, and then run with compressed air via a nozzle to the surface to be cleaned. Advantages include a dry and residue-free process without water and chemicals. The CryoSnow team has decades of experience in the field of industrial cleaning and dry ice technology.
