We are Hermann Bantleon GmbH – the lubricant specialist from Ulm. A medium-sized company with around 250 employees. We advise our customers on site and create customised concepts. Our range covers the entire process chain of the metal processing industry – from machining the workpiece to cleaning and packaging. We support plant and machine manufacturers in the automotive sector right from the design phase. Sustainability is our corporate goal. That is why we do our own research and develop long-lasting products. In addition, we participate in various projects, such as bee conservation or CO2 compensation through reforestation. Employees, customers and business partners can acquire new knowledge in the BANTLEON FORUM. We assume social and communal responsibility. For example, we support social institutions and events in the areas of health, culture and sports.

The company was founded in 1981 by Jörg Franke in Göppingen. The opportunity to move into a new, larger production building arose as early as 1987. Over the following years, extensions were built repeatedly, in order to cope with the constantly increasing order development in the company. In 2016, a new logistics centre was inaugurated. This measure allowed the production area to be expanded. Back in 2011, a generational change was introduced, and Felix Franke entered the management. Our success is based on innovation and drive, as well as a continuous commitment to quality and delivery reliability. This is ensured through qualified employees, through the use of the latest technology for machinery and through a uniform and sustainable concept for the implementation of tasks put forward by the customer. We are certified in line with ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS III and OSHAS, and are practitioners of the German Sustainability Code.

As a leading manufacturer of permanent magnetic components, we have offered all our products and services from a single source since 1963. From the development, design and manufacturer of our own tools and products, the production of individual stamped and drawn parts, as well as plastic injection moulding parts, through to the installation of the magnet systems, everything is located at one site in Hardt. With a modern machine fleet, innovative product concepts and a high level of expertise in consultancy, we manufacturer several million magnet systems "Made in Germany" every year. An extensive inventory of standard products enables rapid and flexible order processing. This means that it is possible to supply everything from small individual parts to large series parts.
