The AutoInker is the ideal inking solution for the prescription labs producing at least 500 jobs/day. The PPOS integrated in the machine detects the µ-engravings of the progressive lenses (any shape, even cut lenses). The position of the lens is taken into account for the digital inking operation. The control unit for single vision semi-finished lenses (MCSFU) is the perfect tool for the free-form laboratories. With a capactity of more than 360 lenses an hour, the MCSFU detects any picking, supply or data error. It measures, accurately and contactless, the radius of the front curve of the single vision semi-finished lenses. The Dispatch Packaging Unit for Prescription Lenses is a large scale production machine which gathers both prescription lens envelopes (right and left), a delivery note, ID card, and cleaning clothe along with other accessories; and places them into a larger dispatch envelope. Optional is the automatic sorting between different destinations to reduce and optimize shipping times and costs, while the completely automatic packaging prevents any mispackaging. Air purification unit for cleaning room air The Pro air purification unit cleans the air inside the room. The Pro unit is used for the protection of vulnerable (immune-compromised) patients, protection against infectious patients, the elimination of aspergillus during renovation works, and for the upgrading of air quality in operating theatres, ICUs, isolation rooms. The Pro unit gives immediate results (within 20 minutes max) and once deployed maintains integrity of the air quality at all times. Pre-filtration filters on the outside of the unit Indoor work leads to an increased concentration of aspergillus. In order to protect the high effiency particulate air filter inside the unit during building activities, pre-filtration frames with filters are added to the outside of the device. The life-time of the high efficiency particulate air filter inside the unit is therefore largely extended. The prefilters are supplied in packages and are easily changed.
