The Sofie® Submersible Aerator/Agitator is a mixing unit for extremely challenging applications. The units minimise blocking or clogging, the Sofie® can be used as an aerator or an agitator for wastewater treatment.
Sofie® is designed to be installed at the base of tanks and to operate either in aeration or in a mixing mode.
Sofie® is a good alternative to mechanical fine bubble aerators and is suitable for ponds with oxygen or mixing requirements.

The EUROMIX® vertical shaft floating agitator is designed for all mixing applications and operates at 1000 rpm.
The liquid rises to the surface of the tank and discharged at the base.
The EUROMIX® flow-guide pipe allows the fluid to be directed to the base of the tank and can be used for deep tanks. The specific flow created ensures the mixing of the liquid.
The general basis of the mixing being vertical, the water is directed at very high-speed causing a laminar flow by the agitation unit at the tank base.
The EUROMIX® thus prevent the formation of dead zones in the tanks.
It prevents sedimentation and rapid settling in holding and mixing tanks.
The FRMD is used to remove the upper layer of foam, oil or fats. The natural flow within the basin, together with the suction of the pump, attracts the surface of the water towards the center of the FRMD. An adaptable floating weir allows the upper layer to enter the pump and be removed from the basin. The weir and the submersible pump are mounted on a robust floating structure held in place by cables and springs or guiding tubes.
Depending on the application and the geometry of the basin, the FRMD can be mounted together with a MIX SL (directional submersible mixer) or MIX-AS (floating downdraft mixer) to help the flow towards the weir.
Applicable for removal of oil, fats, bulking + aging sludge, recycling of scum in sludge stabilisation + biogas, SBR and ASP tanks.

La biofiltration est un processus naturel d’oxydation des composés volatils, pour la plupart de nature organique, conduisant à la formation de CO2 et de H2O. Cette transformation est assurée par des microorganismes qui possèdent des propriétés relevant du domaine du “vivant”. Le traitement de l’air par biofiltration permet de traiter les pollutions contenues dans l’air à l’aide d’un biofiltre. Un biofiltre est un filtre biologique.
Ces dernières années, de nombreuses études ont été menées sur la filtration de l’air avec pour objectif de trouver des moyens plus efficaces, plus respectueux de l’environnement et toujours moins coûteux. Le matériau filtrant dit « biomasse », est composé d’une matière organique (écorce, tourbe, fibres de coco, etc). La biomasse enveloppée d’une couche d’eau va filtrer les polluants grâce aux micro-organismes et à la couche d’eau présente. Les micro-organismes vont se développer d’eux mêmes grâce à l’eau et aux restes de polluants.
