Syntech Pavidamp
A three-component formulation, with a fluid epoxy resin base in aqueous emulsion (A + B) to be mixed with the third component (C) consisting of white cement and micro-quartz, specially designed to be used as a primer for cementitious surfaces in the presence of humidity and in conditions of hydraulic counter-thrust. Generally referred to as “wet-bonding”, it is particularly suitable as an anti-humidity barrier for the subsequent laying of parquet.
Building connection layers and smoothing cement surfaces; bottom layers for resinous coatings of floorings in the presence of damp subbases; anti-humidity barriers in concrete, brick and stone masonry; surfacings of porosity, cracks and superficial irregularities. As protection from rising damp for bases where operations with polyurea resins SYNTECH POLYUREA will be carried out.
The support on which the resin system is to be laid must be suitable for withstanding the stresses resulting from the intended use, such as static or dynamic loads, impacts, thermo-hygrometric dilatations, vibrations, etc. As regards the characteristics of the substrate (maximum humidity, cohesion, strength class, flatness, etc.) and the preparation of the surface that will accommodate the resin system, we recommend the requirements set out in chapter 5 of the UNI 10966 standard ("RESIN SYSTEMS FOR SURFACES HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL - INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESIGN AND APPLICATION "). In any case, carefully clean and degrease the surfaces, removing any kind of dirt, paint residues or incoherent parts. Evaluate the most convenient type of mechanical preparation (shot peening, sandblasting, hydro-washing, etc.). The surfaces must also be free from discontinuity, and possibly leveled and regularized with products from the FLOOR line or the REPAR line. Apply by roller, brush or spray from 150 to 200 g / m2 of Syntech Primer EP-W to consolidate the substrate and facilitate the adhesion of the subsequent coating. Tiled floors, or floors covered with pre-existing resin, must be subjected to mechanical roughening carried out with shot blasting, milling, bush hammering, etc., until the total elimination of the waterproof crust and the opacification of the surfaces. Remove dust after abrasion.
Prepare the mixture of the 2 liquid components (A+B), pouring the contents of the component B in the container of the component A. Mix with drill for about 2 minutes. Add the pre-dosed hydraulic binder (high resistance white cement) to the mixture A+B, and mix with a mixer drill. To disperse the product optimally, pour the powders (component C) a little at a time, continuing to stir with drill, until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained.
If it is used as a base: dilute with 10-15% by weight of clean, soft water and apply with a roller or brush. Indicative consumption: 0.4-0.5 kg/m² on regular supports, 0.7-0.9 kg/m² on irregular supports.
If it is used for fine finishing coats: load the system A+B+C diluted with 10-15% of fresh clean water, with 60-70% spheroidal quartz (0.04-0.25 mm). Apply with steel trowel or plastering trowel. Indicative consumption: 1-2 kg/m².
If it is used for medium finishing coats: load the system A+B+C diluted with 10-15% of fresh clean water, with 70-80% spheroidal quartz (0.1-0.5 mm). Apply with steel trowel or plastering trowel. Indicative consumption: 3-4 kg/m².

Sanalink
Hydraulic lime and natural light aggregate based fibre-reinforced mortar. It has high water vapor permeability characteristics, low bulk density (reduced thermal conductivity) and limited water permeability. Ideal for the construction of internal and external walls and masonry for new buildings, the renovation of existing buildings, green construction and the restoration of antique and monumental buildings.
Sanalink has exceptionally strong water vapour permeability and adhesive properties and a particularly low elastic modulus. Its reduced bulk density makes it particularly advantageous in determining the thermal values of the masonry, thanks to the thermal conductivity values, inferior to conventional cement mortars or lime based. It has physical, chemical and aesthetic properties very similar to antique mortars and is composed of raw materials of natural origin. The combined use of natural binders, micro-fibres and light inert pozzolanic materials guarantees high quality performance in terms of ductility, chemical resistance and water vapour permeability. It can be used for brickwork, tuff, stone and mixed masonry walls and is therefore recommended for the restoration of antique masonry, green construction and, in general, quality interior and exterior constructions.
Mortar used for the construction and rehabilitation of interior and exterior masonry in solid or perforated concrete blocks, perforated bricks, solid bricks, tuff, natural stone and stone blocks in general.
Application surfaces must be clean, free of dust, contamination, crumbling, inconsistencies, etc., and adequately saturated-surface-dry with water.
Add approximately out 2/3 of the mixing water to the mixer and gradually add Sanalink and the rest of the water until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. The required mixing water is approximately 12-16% by weight (approximately 3.5 litres per 25 kg bag). Application can be manual (trowel) or mechanized (pumps, extruders, etc.).
Approximately 17 kg/m² of Sanalink for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1700 kg per cubic metre).

Sanaxil I - Therm
Smoothed mineral coating for interiors and exteriors with potassium silicates with chemical adhesion, anti-condensation, insulation, mould resistant, thanks to the addition of hollow glass spheres. Sanaxil I - Therm due to its mineral nature with chemical adhesion, revolutionizes the concept of adhesion to the support, penetrating deeply into the pores of the wall to then react with its components and form a unique and indissoluble "silicating" whole. With a final appearance similar to civil plaster.
The product does not form a film thus avoiding detachment and peeling phenomena, it ensures a permeability to water vapour thanks to its microcrystalline structure of the same porosity as the wall while guaranteeing excellent water repellency. Elasticity and hardness are coupled in maximum degree with a wide choice of colours not alterable over time; characteristics that, combined with the ease and practicality of application, make the product extremely multi-functional, adaptable to any project requirement.
Restoring protective coatings based on stabilised potassium silicates, for vertical and horizontal surfaces. All products in the Sanaxil I – THERM series cannot be attacked by mould. Recommended as a finish in "cladding" insulation systems, as it helps to increase the thermo-acoustic and anti-condensation coefficient.
Stone, masonry, concrete and any type of plaster. The Sanaxil I - Therm system can be applied directly on surfaces treated with mineral paints or new surfaces. If there are residues of organic paint on the support (washable, solvent-based paints, etc.), before application it is necessary to remove them by stripping or sandblasting, and also never apply on plaster, under the beating sun, on warm or wet walls. During application, cover areas that are not to be painted such as jambs, doors, windows and floors because silicates attack glass, metals, ceramics, glazes, paint, marble and granite. Adverse climatic conditions can impose the realization of adequate protection during the application and drying phase of the coating. Never mix with other non-mineral based paints.
NEW SUPPORTS
Apply a coat of Protech Fix AC - Therm fixative diluted from 20 to 50% with water depending on the absorption of the support.
OLD SUPPORTS
On old supports, remove the old paint by brushing, fill in any holes or imperfections in the wall with a suitable filler, proceed with fixing with Protech Fix AC - Therm impregnating agent diluted 20 to 50% depending on the absorption of the support.
The product is ready to use if necessary add a little water and stir slowly. Apply a coating layer with a stainless steel trowel with a thickness equal to that of the granules it contains. Pass again with a cutting spatula to remove any excess material. After light drying, pass over with a plastic trowel with rotary movements to compact, even out and achieve the full plaster effect. On large surfaces, it is recommended to apply the product of the same lot and proceed always wet on wet to avoid signs of resumption.
Indicative consumption depending on the different particle sizes of Sanaxil I - Therm available:
1 mm GRAIN: approximately 1.6 -1.8 kg/m²;
1.2 mm GRAIN: approximately 1.8 -2.0 kg/m²;

Available in two different particle sizes, on request. Specific for the reclamation of internal and external vertical surfaces, characterised by significant presence of cracklings from shrinkage (also of width up to 1 mm), for homogenising regularisation in general. It can also be used as a base to obtain a rustic effect of the finish. Particularly suitable for the anti-cracking reclamation of historic buildings.
Due to its mineral nature and the chemical adhesion it provides, Sanaxil Filler represents a significant revolution in the traditional concepts of adhesion to supports: it penetrates deeply into the pores, it reacts with the components of the masonry structure creating a homogeneous, indissoluble and breathable "silicated" whole; it does not form films, it is water repellent and resistant to moulds and micro-organisms. When it is applied in combination with paints or putty coats, it substantially improves their durability, because it gives a greater thickness to coatings and paints.
Sanaxil Filler is composed of stabilised potassium silicate, silica aggregates and natural pigments. It has high breathability, excellent mildewcide and antibacterial properties. It has no solvents, thinners, harmful substances in general.

Anchorsana Fix
Premixed based on hydraulic lime, special sulfur aluminate binders, water retainers, shrinkage compensators and reducers of the water/binder ratio, used for fixing and anchoring, in masonry, connectors, inserts, bars, brackets, grouting of the joints, tacking of lesions. It is a product with accelerated setting and hardening, with setting start at 30 ', end setting at 60' and development of mechanical strength already after 90 'of curing. Particularly recommended in the restoration of period and monumental buildings.
The particularly fine constituent materials allow adequate anchoring even in the presence of a small space between hole and connectors. By mixing Anchorsana Fix with different water contents, the product passes from thixotropic consistencies (23% water) to fluid gel consistencies (30% water), allowing any type of anchoring, from overhead to inclinations towards the bass. The product does not contain resins and solvents and can also be used indoors, subject to the usual precautions necessary when handling materials based on alkaline and irritating powders such as lime (use suitable personal protective equipment, such as gloves and protective goggles).
Fixing and anchoring, in masonry bodies, of rigid connectors, jib connectors, inserts, bars with improved adherence, anchors. It develops great adhesion on materials of different nature: metal, fiberglass, basalt.
Blow with compressed air and forced suction of the housing holes. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, moving, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, etc., suitably saturated with water until reaching the condition of "saturated with dry surface".
Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer; gradually add Anchorsana Fix and the water still required, continuing to mix, until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. Apply with a trowel or by casting. The mixing water indicatively required is equal to 23% by weight for thixotropic doughs, and to 30% by weight for doughs with a plastic-fluid consistency.
Approximately 1.6 kg of Anchorsana Fix for each cubic decimeter of volume to be filled.
Bag 25 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 25 kg)
Powder preparation, ready-to-use, based on hydraulic lime, for the preparation, with the sole addition of water, of grout for masonry reinforcement, injectable and castable, high performance in terms of sliding, strength and stability, for ecological building interventions and the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. In the Sanafluens mixtures, the water is completely and stably incorporated from the hydration reaction of lime; conversely, in traditional mixtures, a very high part of added water, is free, and evapourating, it leaves gaps in the walls. Sanafluens is based on natural hydraulic lime, sodium gluconate, kaolin, aluminates; it does not contain cement, resins, solvents and radioemissive aggregates. Consolidation through injections of brick, stone or mixed masonry, "bag" structures, masonry damaged by the earthquake. Consolidation of masonry affected by capillary rising damp and soluble salts. Consolidation of plasters detached from the masonry support, even with frescoes or of historical and artistic value. Consolidation of foundation structures, pillars, vaults and arches.
Clean the application surfaces by spraying abundantly with water. If there is a lack of plaster, apply a suitable render of hydraulic lime and sand (such as Untersana) to close as much as possible the escape routes of the grout once it has been injected. Trace, from bottom to top and from left to right, a 50 cm square grid. On the intersection of the squares, drill the masonry with a rotary drill, with a bit of suitable diameter (depending on the type of masonry to be injected; diameter usually between 12 and 24 mm), to a depth of at least 3/5 of its thickness, tilting the drill downwards by about 10 - 20°. Once all the holes have been drilled, they will be sucked up, blown with compressed air and sprayed with water, to remove the dust inside them produced by the drilling. Insert in the holes for a depth of about 5 cm, transparent meshed rubber tubes, with a total length of at least 30 cm (therefore with about 25 cm external). Properly seal the perimeter of the pipe with Anchorsana Fix accelerated setting grouting mortar to prevent the injected product from escaping. Inject the grout always keeping it lightly mixed and operating a continuous flow, without interruptions.
Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer. Gradually add Sanafluens and the water still required, continue to mix until a fluid, homogeneous, lump-free grout of the desired consistency is obtained. The mixing water indicatively necessary is equal to 22-24% by weight (5.5 - 6 litres per bag). Reinforcing backfills and fills can be carried out both by gravity and using manual or automatic pumps, depending on the type of application. To verify the effectiveness of the reinforcement, the grout will come out of the pipes adjacent to that in which it is injected.
Approximately 1500 kg of Sanafluens for each cubic metre of volume to be filled.
Intosana
Premixed, fibre-reinforced, breathable plaster, based on hydraulic lime, for coating and repairing internal and external walls and masonry, for new buildings, existing buildings, ecological building interventions, in new buildings and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments.
Intosana is a product made up of hydraulic lime, metakaolin, light aggregates, siliceous aggregates, Vichy salt and special mineral additions with pozzolanic activity. These light-coloured pozzolanic materials, substantially consisting of kaolins of very fine particle size, increase the mechanical performance of the plaster and have very positive effects on its durability, preventing the development of undesired reactions between the hydraulic binders and the salt compounds that are usually present in the masonry (sulphates), or they can come from particularly aggressive exposure environments (chlorides, nitrates). Intosana has been specially formulated to have low water absorption values and very high water vapour breathability at the same time, in addition to a lower density compared to traditional plasters. The particular balance between breathability, absorption, mechanical performance, durability, resistance to chemical attacks, makes the use of Intosana particularly recommended on: buildings attacked by marine aerosol; urban environments attacked by acid rain; damp walls. Intosana does not contain portland cements, resins, solvents and radioemissive elements.
Plastering and repair of internal and external masonry, brick, stone or mixed.
Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface".
Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, and gradually add Intosana and the water still required, continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. The mixing water indicatively necessary is equal to 16-18% by weight (4-4.5 litres per 25 kg bag).
Apply by hand, with brick trowel and plaster trowel, or with plastering machine (PFT model G4 or similar).
It is advisable to apply the plaster after application of a suitable adhesive rendering. The rendering can be realised with Intosana slightly more liquid than normal, or by application of the specific product Untersana. They must both be applied by "spraying", and they must provide a rough, corrugated surface, designed to promote the bonding of the subsequent plaster, which must be applied no later than 2-3 days. For thicknesses in excess of 20 mm improve the anti-cracking attitude, by inserting fibreglass plaster-holding.
Approximately 15 kg/m² of Intosana for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1500 kg per cubic metre).

Consilex Barrier Cream
Silane-based impregnating agent with gelatinous consistency for the formation of chemical barriers against capillary rising damp, particularly suited for new masonry, also cellular (refractory bricks, double uni, etc.). It is supplied in 600 cc aluminium-lined bags ("soft" cartridge), to be inserted in the appropriate caulking gun for sealants in bags.
Consilex Barrier Cream is a silane-based concentrated cream, specifically formulated for masonry injections for forming high effectiveness chemical barriers, against capillary rising damp. The product is perfectly suitable for use in solid stonework (stone, brick, tufa, sandstone, concrete) but can also be effectively used in pierced tile blocks (cellular masonry).
The cream has exceptional penetration and diffusion, and forms a stable chemical barrier, preventing damp from rising through capillaries into the masonry pores for several years. Consilex Barrier Cream combats efflorescence formation on masonry and does not alter the breathability of the media. The product is supplied in 600 cc aluminium-lined bags.
To stop capillary rising damp in absorbent walls made of brick, mixtures, stones, tufa and also perforated brick, in new and old buildings, urban, rural, vintage and monuments.
Draw a line parallel to the outside kerb or to the internal floor, at about 12-15 cm from the same. Prepare drilling points at 12-15 cm distance from one another on the traced line. The inclination of the holes should be between 0° (horizontal) and 20° down. The depth of the holes should be approximately 2/3 the thickness of the wall to inject. The drill bit to be used must have a diameter of 12-14 mm. Once the holes are finished, the dust produced by drilling is required to be eliminated.
Consilex Barrier Cream should be injected into the wall using the special caulking gun for 600 cc or ml bags (of the type commonly used in sealants and mastics), both manual and pneumatic, according to the following procedure:
- Insert the bag in the caulking gun chamber and remove the metal clip from the bag
- Install the tube typically supplied with the caulking gun (instead of the plastic nozzle)
- Extrude Consilex Barrier Cream in the designated holes for a consumption of about 20-25 ml per cm of masonry to be injected, per linear metre. Example: for a 40 cm wall, it will take about 1 litre per metre of Consilex Barrier Cream (25 ml/cm x 40 cm = 1000 ml per metre).
- Once the injection is completed and the holes are closed (with a cement or lime mortar), the plaster should typically be removed after a few days to allow the masonry treated to dry better.
- Finally, after completely drying the deplastered wall, it will be plastered again, preferably with macroporous dehumidifying plaster (Sanatigh).
The consumptions specified are purely indicative, the exact amount to be used must always be determined by appropriate preliminary tests, especially in the case of perforated brickworks.
Approximately 200 cc of Consilex Barrier Cream per linear metre of 10 cm thick masonry. Calculate the consumption in proportion to the thickness of the masonry to be restored.

Protech Balcony WV
A solution based on special silane and siloxane resins in aqueous dispersion, being highly penetrating and transparent (colourless) for quickly, effectively and economically waterproof balconies, tiled terraces, concrete roofing, external stairs, and so on, without removing or impacting upon on the existing flooring. It does not change the appearance of the substrate on which it is applied nor alter its original degree of lubricity or breathability to water vapour. Application is swift, without requiring specialised labour or professional equipment. The treated flooring will be usable only 2 hours after application.
Applying Protech Balcony WV is quick and easy – simply use a brush on clean and dry surfaces to resolve any seepage problems. The active substance penetrates quickly and deeply into the grouting, any cracks and porous points of the substrate. Upon contact with air, it causes a polymerisation reaction that perfectly and deeply seals and waterproofs every imperfection it encounters. The specific reactive polymerised siloxane molecule is stable over time and does not labilise. In accordance with the data sheet, the effectiveness of the product applied is normally more than 10 years on surfaces not subject to dynamic movements or structural and/or seismic damage. Should any new gaps or cracks appear after the first application of Protech Balcony WV, they can be easily resolved with a second application of the product. Given its intrinsically non-film nature, the product does not suffer damage, tear, crack, detach, deteriorate nor will it yellow over time due to the effects of UV rays (as naturally happens with epoxy and/or polyurethane treatments). The grouting treated with Protech Balcony WV is protected from mould, moss, lichen and other biodeterioration organisms.
Rapid waterproofing of balconies, terraces, stairs, tiled surfaces, concrete and natural stone products, without having to demolish the existing flooring. It can also be used on vertical surfaces particularly exposed to weather and atmospheric conditions (tiles, plaster, exposed brick, etc.).
The surfaces on which it is applied must be clean, free of stains, loose and crumbly parts, dust, and so on. If there are any joints between the tiles, they must be properly treated with a suitable acidic or alkaline detergent. To this end, we recommend the specific acid detergent Deterg-A, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4. Rinse off the treated surfaces with running water. Any fragile and crumbly joints that have been removed, must be restored with cementitious putty offering high adhesion and deformability. To this end, we recommend using the specific waterproof and deformable two-component putty Stucco Balcony. Allow for the necessary time to pass (1–2 days) to allow the grouting to dry before applying Protech Balcony WV. The expansion joints that may be present, including those relative to the line connecting the tiled paving and the outer edge beam (normally made of granite or natural stone), will normally have to be sealed with high-elasticity polymeric materials. To this end, we recommend sealing with Protech Flex, supported by the installation of Filtene Fondogiunto and the particular polyurethane Protech Flex Primer.
Pour small amounts of the product at a time then spread evenly across the entire surface with a rubberised brush or rubber blade until the substrate is complete impregnated with the waterproofing. Using a long bristle brush or sponge, apply Protech Balcony WV with particular care in the less accessible and most challenging areas (edges, skirting boards, corners, thresholds, hatches, fireplaces, drains, etc.). Allow the product to penetrate for at least 60 minutes. Remove excess product from all treated surfaces using a cloth wet with water. The average product consumption is around 0.15 kilograms/square metre of surface to be waterproofed, varying depending on the absorption of the substrate and the size of any joints. Normally, 1 kilogram of Protech Balcony WV is enough to treat surfaces from 5 to 10 square metres.
Approximately 0.15 kilograms of Protech Balcony WV per square metre of surface to be treated – consumption may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Readymesh PM
Readymesh PM is an auxiliary, multi-filament polypropylene micro-fibre suitable for addition to cement conglomerates with a lime or mixed base. The addition of Readymesh PM to the mix counters the cracking phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage of the plaster, mortar, screed or concrete, as well as having positive effects on the durability of the mix, resistance to frost/defrosting and resistance to knocks and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM have the CE marking and are available in three different lengths:
Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm;
Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm;
Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm.
Readymesh PM is an auxiliary fibre used in a multitude of application fields, where three-dimensional reinforcement and diffusion of the cement conglomerate and/or lime base is required. It is a particularly indicated fibre for addition to small manufactured works or for plaster, even in small thickness and with reduced granulometry inerts.
Add the fibres to the conglomerate during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the cement mixer at full speed, for at least 5-6 minutes. The dosage, based on use, is normally between 600 g/m³ and 1.5 kg/m³. On average, 250 g of fibres per 200 litre building site cement mixer.
The addition of fibres could slightly modify the rheology of the cement mix.
Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 0.6 to 1.5 kg per cubic metre of cement or hydraulic lime based conglomerate.

Clayseal 25.20
Preformed hydro-expansive sealing waterstop joint, for hermetic sealed construction joints in structures, walls and foundations, made with a mixture of sodium bentonite, expanding rubber and special aggregating polymers ("hydrocarbon" ). Clayseal 25.20 has a rectangular cross-section of 25x20 mm, packaged in rolls of 5 m each.
Clayseal 25.20 is a simple and easy to apply sodium bentonite waterstop; it does not require any special preparations of the media, pre-shaped seats etc. It is easily fixed by nailing and does not require any special protection. In contact with water, it increases its volume through the formation of a stable colloidal system that guarantees the permanent hermetic sealing of the connection; the initial expansion is delayed through a retardant coating with respect to the first contact with water, to avoid deformations in the initial hardening phase of the fresh concrete.
Rigid construction joints (non-expanding) and connections with safe and permanent hydraulic seal.
Prepare the smoothest and most planar laying surface, using Repar Tix to compensate for any inhomogeneity, and accurately remove crumbling, non-adhering, powdery parts.
Hand spread the Clayseal 25.20 sodium bentonite waterstop in the designated position. Fixing is performed by nailing: one steel nail every 20-25 cm approximately. The sealing of joints between the waterstop kerbs is ensured by simple flanking by at least 10 cm and not by overlapping the ends.
For particularly complex applications, the specific Bentonet steel wire cage, with square mesh 13x13 mm, in profiles of 1 metre each, is available.
The positioning must ensure a concrete covering of 10-12 cm in order to contain the expansive action caused by hydration. Similarly, the formwork spacers should be placed in such a way as to maintain a minimum distance of 8 cm from the bentonite kerb itself.
Although the product has a delayed expansion of 48h, it is not recommended for use in cases of earlier time-frames or with excessive humidity (for example in the presence of puddles).
In case of groundwater with a high saline content or for leachate and waste water stops, carry out preliminary expansion tests or request the specific waterstop Clayseal 25.20 SW.
1.1 m/m: Use 1 metre of Clayseal 25.20 for each linear metre, being careful to place 5-10 cm of the product alongside the end/start roll points to guarantee the permanent water tightness of the system.
Packaging: Roll of 5 meters
