Dieter and Silvi Hemstedt founded their own company with the aim of manufacturing high-quality, specialised heating elements. It was a worthwhile endeavour: A few years later, a total of 20 employees were already working for the company, and sales and space requirements rapidly increased. The product range grew just as fast. Refrigeration technology came along and more and more customers demanded specialised solutions that Hemstedt could implement quickly and precisely. It was this flexibility and high quality that rapidly raised Hemstedt's profile all around the world. More and more frequently, deliveries from the Swabian production site travelled to China, the USA, Russia and many other countries. Today, more than 60 people work in development and manufacturing across a production space of 17, 500 square metres. Therefore, the company today particularly champions the development and manufacturing of energy-efficient heating systems and holistic concepts. These play a significant role in creating production facilities that are not simply climate-neutral, but actually make a positive overall contribution to the environment.

Milis Nurseries is specialized in the production and trading of fruit and nut plants. In the mid-1960s, Konstantinos Milis, listening to the needs of the Greek arboretum for healthy reproductive material, uses the previously known practices in the region and in collaboration with geotechnical engineers of the era, begins the creation of the first fruit tree nursery (peaches, cherries, apricots, plums, apples, pears, almonds, walnut, hazelnut, etc.). A few years later, his son and current owner, Vassilios Milis, takes over the company's reins enriching the range of offered species, subjects and varieties. In co-operation with both university institutes in the country and with European institutes, we developed trees capable of meeting the increased demands of producers as we strive to maintain high-quality standards for our fruit plants. At the same time, we invested in human resources with agronomists targeting the after sales service. Resco is a manufacturer of boluses for cattle, sheep, and goats to prevent different mineral deficiencies, nutritional imbalances, and other problems: a calcium bolus to prevent milk fever, a garlic bolus to improve udder health, a mineral bolus etc. A cattle bolus is a complementary feed that is an easy and economical solution to enrich an animal’s diet. To easily supplement the drinking water of poultry we offer five effervescent tablets with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and electrolytes. Resco wants to do more than produce high-quality complementary feed for cattle and poultry. We want to focus on making the farmer's life easier as well. We know that farming is very rewarding, but also, that it can be very hard and stressful. Being a farmer isn't a nine-to-five job; it's early mornings and late nights, it's Monday to Sunday, it's January 1st to December 31st. But farming is also about living together with nature, seeing your animals and crops grow, about freedom, about tranquility...
