We develop and manufacture highly precise precision-engineered products that contain vacuum-sealed joints between metal, ceramic or crystalline materials. Our vast experience in vacuum soldering is incorporated in every part of the component development process. REUTER TECHNOLOGIE employs experienced materials experts, physicists and engineers as well as highly specialised skilled workers who all have access to – besides cutting edge mechanical production systems – a fully equipped test centre with testing laboratory and a clean room. REUTER TECHNOLOGIE products are not your average products. They are solutions derived from a wealth of ideas and experience in dealing with materials during the development, design and manufacturing stages. They are individually tailored to the functional, qualitative and economic requirements of the customer.

We are Hermann Bantleon GmbH – the lubricant specialist from Ulm. A medium-sized company with around 250 employees. We advise our customers on site and create customised concepts. Our range covers the entire process chain of the metal processing industry – from machining the workpiece to cleaning and packaging. We support plant and machine manufacturers in the automotive sector right from the design phase. Sustainability is our corporate goal. That is why we do our own research and develop long-lasting products. In addition, we participate in various projects, such as bee conservation or CO2 compensation through reforestation. Employees, customers and business partners can acquire new knowledge in the BANTLEON FORUM. We assume social and communal responsibility. From the development, design and manufacturer of our own tools and products, the production of individual stamped and drawn parts, as well as plastic injection moulding parts, through to the installation of the magnet systems, everything is located at one site in Hardt. With a modern machine fleet, innovative product concepts and a high level of expertise in consultancy, we manufacturer several million magnet systems "Made in Germany" every year. An extensive inventory of standard products enables rapid and flexible order processing. This means that it is possible to supply everything from small individual parts to large series parts. The application areas for the permanent magnetic components range from the automotive industry, the lighting and medical equipment industry and the building sector to decorative applications and name badges.
