The company was founded in 1981 by Jörg Franke in Göppingen. The opportunity to move into a new, larger production building arose as early as 1987. Over the following years, extensions were built repeatedly, in order to cope with the constantly increasing order development in the company. In 2016, a new logistics centre was inaugurated. This measure allowed the production area to be expanded. Back in 2011, a generational change was introduced, and Felix Franke entered the management. Our success is based on innovation and drive, as well as a continuous commitment to quality and delivery reliability. This is ensured through qualified employees, through the use of the latest technology for machinery and through a uniform and sustainable concept for the implementation of tasks put forward by the customer. It's important to us here that the quality and economy of our work and products are closely linked with responsibility for the environment and society. Our integrated management system includes quality, environmental, work and health management. We are certified in line with ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS III and OSHAS, and are practitioners of the German Sustainability Code.

Sinus GmbH was founded in 2002 in Mönsheim, Swabia. In January 2012, Mr Bassem Bouhlel purchased Sinus GmbH. Since then, Mr Bouhlel has been the Managing Director of Sinus GmbH. In 2012, immediately after the business handover of Sinus GmbH, the company headquarters moved from Mönsheim to Kerpen. At the end of 2014, the company headquarters was relocated again – from Kerpen to Hamburg. That's when a storage area was also added to the office spaces, so that commissioning of orders could take place from a single source. Due to the growing goods turnover, the company headquarters was relocated in 2021 to the strategically optimised site in Bargteheide, where the storage area was expanded by more than 2000 m². In-house storage logistics allows us to respond flexibly and efficiently to customer requests. Our Shipping department is happy to undertake transport of their goods. The company is located in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg and has a worldwide logistics network, with representatives in over 20 countries worldwide.
